Popular USA Rapper Xxxtentacion has shot dead. Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy was shot and killed on June 18th in his sports car in Miami.

According to the Miami police, the 20 year old was ambushed by two men in a Black SUV, while he was leaving a motorcyle dealership. The men pulled out guns and shot him dead.

Another story has is that he was leaving the dealership when a ‘gunman driving a black Dodge Journey ran up to his vehicle and shot him. Multiple gun shots were heard.

Emergency dispatch radio described two black males wearing hoodies, and the shooter was wearing a red mask in the incident which they have classified as a drive-by shooting.

The car used in the shooting has been confirmed as a black Dodge Journey, with dark tint and black wheels.

Witnesses at the scene also told cops that a Louis Vuitton bag was taken from Bleep’s vehicle.

XXXTentacion who was a promising talent was awaiting trial for domestic violence against his pregnant girlfriend. He was also facing more than a dozen felony charges and has been on house arrest until recently after the judge let him out so he could tour.

Xxxtentacion was filmed lying motionless behind the wheel of his car, but was later rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Turn of Events seems to be taking a left turn for Kizz Daniel and i bet you this is no joke.

There seems to be no truce in the prolonged face-off between G-Worldwide Entertainment and its former artiste Kizz Daniel.

Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe who recently changed his stage name to Kizz Daniel from Kiss Daniel.

Furthermore, the 24-year old singer also started his own record label named ‘FLY BOY INC’.

But in a strange twist of fate, there is a new development.

G-Worldwide Entertainment, Daniel’s former label, has informed the public that its case against Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe before the Federal High Court, Lagos Division, is still on, declaring that even ‘Kizz Daniel’, still belongs to the label regardless of the change in name.

“Following several requests and enquiries by Nigerian and foreign online media and entertainment outfits about the status of the matter, it has become needful to notify the public of the current state of facts.

“The suit at the Federal High Court last came up on 16th May 2018 whereupon our lawyers informed the Judge of a pending application for status quo to further restrain the rebellious acts of the artiste in view of the recent release of previously unreleased songs from the Evolution album, as well as the continued use of the name Kiss Daniel without our approval.

“The Judge emphatically told the Kiss’ lawyers to explore a settlement of the dispute as he does not believe the matter is one which should go to trial and that the lawyers should report on any settlement at the next adjourned date, 26th June 2018. We are unaware at the time of this release that the lawyers to Kiss have submitted any proposal with terms of settlement to our legal team.

“It also interesting to inform the public that the Court was informed about the artiste’s release of the new song titled 4 Dayz, and For you a collaborated with WizKid , which are songs from the Evolution album, the ownership of which forms the subject matter of the suit at Federal High Court. We therefore need to let the public know that these releases demonstrate that the artiste is on a trip to put the credibility of other artistes whom he collaborates with in question.

“We are also aware that the artiste has released the video of 4 Days, done a collaboration with Sheyi Shay titled Surrender, and another song Me ke with Omawunmi by changing his name from ‘’Kiss Daniel’’ to ‘‘Kizz Daniel’’. Let the whole world also take note that G-Worldwide is also the owner of the name ‘‘Kizz Daniel’’(see acceptance and acknowledgement documents from the Ministry of Trade & Investment below).

“All digital platforms have been put on notice for take down of infringing materials where the name Kizz Daniel is in use, and we have responded to foreign and local media outfits on this issue following calls for clarification. We also wish to formally inform the public that the artiste’s use of the names Kiss Daniel and Kizz Daniel amount to breach of the company’s intellectual property rights.

“The company further advises the general public and other artistes to desist from engaging the artiste in respect of the names and contact the company’s management to confirm any information or proposal from the artist or his advisers which we believe are calculated to deceive. We shall also not hesitate to take appropriate legal action to obtain judicial redress where necessary for such infringements.”

Singer Mr Eazi wants his fans and everyone to register to get their Permanent Voter’s Cards.

On Tuesday, he announced that his Eazi Sound Foundation will be launching a $100,000 fund for emerging artists in Africa and the number one criteria is that artists must be registered to vote in their respective countries.

Few hours later, he posted a photo of himself at an INEC registration centre in Lagos (which is any of the local government area secretariat), registering to get his PVC.

He captioned the photo:-

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been suspended for two Champions League matches by Uefa for his conduct in the defeat by Liverpool.

The 47-year-old was sent off at half-time in the quarter-final second leg at Etihad Stadium on 10 April for complaining about a decision.

He misses one match next season, with a second game deferred for a year.

Liverpool were fined 30,000 euros (£25,450) over crowd incidents during the quarter-finals and semi-finals.

Former Barcelona boss Guardiola said he “did not insult” referee Mateu Lahoz when protesting that a disallowed goal shortly before half-time should have stood.

City were leading 1-0 – but trailing 3-1 on aggregate – when Leroy Sane was adjudged offside despite firing in after the ball deflected into his path off Liverpool midfielder James Milner’s knee.

Liverpool won the match 2-1 to seal a 5-1 aggregate victory. They lost the final 3-1 to Real Madrid.

Guardiola will miss City’s first game of the Champions League next season, although a second match will only be added if he receives disciplinary action for a further offence next season.

European football’s governing body fined Liverpool 20,000 euros (£17,500) for crowd disturbances, acts of damage, the throwing of objects and setting off of fireworks during the first leg against City at Anfield on 4 April.

Reds supporters attacked City’s team bus on its way to the stadium, prompting a police investigation.

They were also fined 6,000 euros (£5,200) for fans setting off fireworks and throwing objects during the second leg and a further 3,000 euros (£2,600) for use of fireworks during the semi-final second leg at Roma.

He said, “I am a seaman in the Nigerian Navy. I told one of my friends that I needed a car and he introduced me to these people. Although I have my personal car that I use, I wanted to change it and my friend introduced me to them.

“I have bought more than two cars from the gang, but I later got to know that the cars were stolen. I know it is not right for me to buy such cars, I plead with the command to have mercy on me.”

Also paraded were a soldier, Azeez Olaide, 22; and a former soldier, Ibrahim Lawal, 22; for their involvement with a criminal gang that specialised in kidnapping and raping their female victims.

The commissioner said their arrest led to the arrest of other members of the gang at various locations in the state.

According to him, the alleged members of the gang, are: Lateef Isa, 25; Taiwo Yekini, 23; Kehinde Yekini, 23; Tunji Ismail, 23; Adeyemo Babajide 23; Saka Jamiu, 20; Akin Akingbade 35; Mudashiru Abdullahi, 29; Rasheed Adeniran, 26; Lukman Jimoh, 35; Dauda Lamidi, 24; and Waheed Ganiyu, 30.

Among exhibits recovered from the gang were one pump-action rifle, seven live cartridges, four cars, motorcycles and stolen home appliances.

In his narration, the naval officer said a friend introduced him to the gang while begging the police to forgive him.

A lance corporal with the Nigerian Navy, Jimoh Adesoye, 28, twin brothers, and 12 other suspects have been arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Oyo State Police Command for robbery and receiving stolen goods.

Speaking when he paraded the suspects, the state Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Odude, said the naval rating used his uniform and position to transport vehicles snatched by the criminal gang to buyers.

He said,
“The lance corporal often used his position and uniform to transport vehicles snatched by the gang and helped dispose of the stolen vehicles. The gang, which is also on the wanted list of SARS in Lagos and Kwara states, was responsible for the spate of armed robbery and car snatching along the Ogbomoso-Ilorin Expressway, Oyo State, Lagos, Kwara and other states in the South-West. Six of the suspects were initially arrested at their hideout in the Ilasa area of Ogbomoso by SARS unit, Ogbomoso, following credible intelligence by the command’s strategic partners.”
