A man has been hailed after he revealed that he protected a drunk woman from getting raped and narrated how it happened.

@Stee_vane said he was at a pool party when he noticed a drunk woman staggering around in her bikini. Moments later, his friend asked to borrow his car key and he obliged.

But he said he had a feeling and decided to check on his friend. He found him trying to rape the drunk woman in his car.

He said he angrily shouted at his friend and told him to leave the woman alone. To prevent other men from also taking advantage of the woman in his car, he slept on the hood of his car till morning.

Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim’s has revealed plans to cross over to Hollywood come 2020.

The actress stated that African movies are beginning to gain attention abroad which is why she is looking forward to working with heavyweights on Hollywood.

She said ” That is my plan for 2020! I think that Hollywood is feeling the pressure of paying attention to Nollywood and other African film industries which is very exciting as someone seeking to bring content to this country. On her biggest challenge in her life she had to overcome, the actress said:

The Nigerian police on Friday, November 22nd arraigned seven men before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly conspiring and impersonating as members of the Nigerian Armed Forces.

The defendants are, Ndidi Ohuchukwu, 27; Owolabi Adeyemi, 47; David Olufemi, 47; Samuel Iseyin, 41; Emeka Ibe, 31; Samuel Anochime, 36; and Stephen Ebedot, 37.

The defendants, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge. According to the Police Prosecutor, ASP Ezekiel Ayorinde, the defendants conspired and portrayed themselves as military men by wearing full Nigerian Army Camouflage, a representation they knew to be false.

Ayorinde alleged that the defendants committed the offences with others still at large on Sept. 10 about 6.30 p.m. in Ikotun, Lagos.

“The defendants were apprehended when they could not give satisfactory ownership of the camouflage uniforms in their possession,” he said.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs B. O. Osunsanmi, admitted the defendants to bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum. She ordered that the sureties must be gainfully employed with an evidence of two years tax payment to the Lagos State Government and reside within the court’s jurisdiction.

The alleged offences contravene Sections 77(a)(b) and 411 of the Criminal laws of Lagos State 2015, (Revised). Impersonating armed forces attracts three years jail term, while conspiracy is punishable with two years imprisonment upon conviction. The Magistrate adjourned the case until Dec. 11 for mention.

Gloria Chinyere, a mother who suffered cancer, has shared the shocking story of how she visited a highly-recommended herbalist to help treat her ailment.

Gloria narrated how her cancer returned at a time when she was unemployed and couldn't afford cancer treatment.

People then suggested a herbalist in Jos who they claim has a high success rate in treating cancer patients.

She said she went from Abuja to Jos in search of the herbalist and on getting there, she met a number of other patients, male and female, who claimed they got better after receiving treatment from the herbalist. Her aunt, whose cancer was treated by the same herbalist, also assured her that the herbalist can be trusted.

Gloria went for the surgery in Jos and went home with herbs given to her by the herbalist to drink and use in cleaning the wounds.

But she got worse and went back to the herbalist in Jos only to find so many other patients whose cases had deteriorated. The aunt who advised her to go to the herbalist also slipped into a coma and died.

It was at this point that Gloria rushed back to the National Hospital in Abuja where professionals gave their best to save her life.

She shared her experience to warn others about taking the short cut when it comes to treating cancer.

Nigerians woke up today to numerous sexually explicit videos, one of which shows a girl vigorously scrubbing her private part with pepper, and Twitter users are reacting in shock.

In the video, the girl is seen sitting on a bowl filled with fresh pepper. She grabbed a handful of the shredded pepper and used it to scrub her lady parts repeatedly while someone filmed. Another person can be heard laughing in the background.

Some Twitter users said she took the phrase "pepper dem" literally and others said she was trying to be "hot" for her boyfriend."

A Masters Degree student, Modestus Onah Ekene slumped and died at Okpara square Enugu while jogging alongside members of the Coal City Exercise club on November 9.

According to an eye witness, the deceased said to be in his late thirties and a Nigeria Red Cross Enugu member started panting but no one noticed that he was struggling as the group usually use "Ogene" and "Ichaka" to entertain themselves as they jog round the coal city.

He suddenly slumped and other members of the club who thought that he had a slip tried to help him up to his feet but to their surprise his body became lifeless.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead by doctors.

Late Modestus hailed from Nsukka and a graduate of clinical psychology from Enugu state university of science and Technology and was until his death, a Master degree student at University of Nigeria Enugu Campus (UNEC).

A friend of the deceased took to Facebook to mourn his death. He wrote;

"

My dear friends, I don't know what this life means to you or your ideology about your existence here on Earth. This young man by name Modestus Onah a master degree student at UNEC waked up on Saturday the 9th day of November hale and hearty, dressed up with his jogging outfits. Came to okpara square, Enugu to keep fit as usual, but he did not return alive. He slumped while jogging with a sporting group along the road, we tried reviving and stabilizing him immediately just within 4mins the incident happened, he died. Prayers was said fervently but he is gone. The question is did he offend God or is he the worst sinner?, the answers are on the "No" side. Let us all know that "In Midst Of Life lies death". Forgive who offended you, apologize to whom you offended and be liberated, for holding the grudges does not worth it. Death! a Lesson to the Living. Rest in peace my Brother"
