Chukwuemeka Edeh he said he is a member contract awarding committee in Ebonyi state government that he will like to award a contract to me and that I should call one Hon. Fibian, Project monitoring Assistant to direct me how to register my company as a contractor with Ebonyi state ministry of works.

Please do anyone know about this people?
