"God in His Oneness gave me when the Brain Drain season was approaching in 2019,

Everybody around me that seemed to have some sense was running away from gifts and love,

Conversations were all about self to decadence,

Education near them was prohibited,

Laughter seemed a poison but paid , sadness and tears seemed a healant."

I didn't understand why and I didn't try to understand why. Life is not about coercion. You advise, you support, if they don't want it you live it. It was a thin line of becoming like them for they try to teach you to be like them. What do you do when you have no options? You create options and I choose to continue to love. The World is beyond humans. God gave us many more creations: Animals, Water, Air, Sand, Fishes, Insects and Plants.

God gave me Nabilah Roberta Tabby and I grew much more to give more love, to stay away from 'no - love'.

Meet Nabilah

Business / The Country Called Nigeria And The Problem, “power Supply” by Gizmo(f): 3:45pm On Jan 31, 2018
Nigeria, from the 1960s has laid claims to its lack of development stemming from lack of Power Supply E.g. Electricity. The Country has consistently faced issues. These issues have been on Table of Policy Makers for resolution. Conferences, Summits, Consultative forms have been held and the Outcome of these events have presented many resolutions. These resolutions have not yielded sustainable results as indicated from consideration of the following:

1) …number of companies have winded down Operations because of the inability to keep up with Operation s cost to Power Supply as a major contributory factor for…
2) …number of Non- Nigerian Organizations have relocated Offices to their Home Countries or other Nations
3) …number of Organizations have been found guilty of corrupt practices by paying Bribes to Power Companies to bypass and having transmission companies play the preference card of allocating Power Supply as opposed to even distribution
4) …number of Nigerian and Non – families have relocated because of the high cost of running and maintaining homes with the major costs owing to Power Supply
5) …number of Organizations have completely down from Operations or Trades or Businesses.

Nigeria’s Energy Sector is highly expansive, when looked have other segments that can provide whatever resource is required to power these factories and buildings etc that require electricity.
The Energy Sector comprises Oil, Gas, Electricity, Renewable Energy, Alternate Energy and other Sources of Energy (Power Supply) etc.
The reasons for lack of Power supply as the following; stated by the various sources of information (News Papers, TV News, Expert judgement as a Consultant in that Sector and discussions with Colleagues in the Energy Sector in the last ten years):

1. Vandalism of Gas Pipelines
The recent data from the Premium Times Newspaper, “Since January, the West African nation had lost a minimum of 8.04 billion Nigerian naira ($40.4 million) due to persistent vandalism of the country’s pipeline network” – The Premium Times, January 2018”.
The Distribution places have had issues like arson from the following reasons. This has been going on, for the past fifteen years, at the least. With the Niger Delta region as the leading Vandal.
2. Poor Maintenance
3. Government Policies
4. Inadequate Funding
5. Ageing Power Plants
6. Sub – optimal utilization of fuels in Power Plants
7. Natural Cause
8. Short Circuit

The Recent Solutions to fix the Problem, “Power Supply”
1. Building of Power Plants
On January 24, 2018 Nasarawa State government celebrated its achievement of building a generation plant that generates 132 MW. 132 MW ideally, when, its Solar Energy powers at the least 21,648 homes and at the most plus 132, 000 homes. With 1 MW =164 to 1, 000 homes. The consideration for Economy Development must factor Population and Land Mass / Size amongst other vital variables. Nasarawa State has a population of + / - 1,869,377 with a Land size 10,470 sq mi. With the Nigerian Economic Outlook with a very ambitious Real GDP 3.5%(according to the Budget) ascription, Innovation and looking outwards is paramount.

2. A question I ask myself and I am answering is if these issues have continued to arise, might the Nigerian People and its Government want to think of other solutions that are highly practical and will yield results as should in a consistent and sustainable manner.

The Globe has gone Renewable and Alternate with Energy. The Nigerian Cabal of Fuel Powering Generators and other factors will not allow for renewable and alternate.
Are these ideas that Nigeria re-segment the regions of Industrialization and Entrepreneurship?

Make a list of States or Areas and how much they can Generate, Distribute and consistently Transmit Electricity; encourage Entrepreneurs and Industrialist to relocate to the Industrial Zones that will be in Certain areas. This means Factories will be situated in a Particular Zone or Particular Zones, for those Businesses or Portfolios that require minimal use of electricity will be left in the Central Areas. These could be Silos, Warehouses, Wholesale or Retail Outlets Operating Offices etc.

In the long term whilst being heavily dependent on gas pipelines, develop anti vandalism pipelines. The Nigerian Government can task its people with ideas on how to this and encourage its people or neighbouring nations on building these products.
In the Longer-term Institute Renewable and Alternate Energy, encourage and whilst steadily and consistently sustain Climate Change and its uses and / or importance.

In the end, Nigeria moves from the tag, “Developing Nation” to a “Developed Nation” .

Fashion... :-). The favorite of practically every woman.

You know there is this notion that a Nation is built from the individual and the woman supporting the individual or the woman raising those kids who become Tomorrow's Leaders.

The effectiveness of a home and its values lie on the onus of woman. On her moral values, beliefs, dressing (fashion).

See for some how to look fashionable yet Beautiful........

Career / Having A Purpose In Life; My Purpose Maybe Yours? by Gizmo(f): 1:23pm On Nov 16, 2014
A fine Sunday afternoon to you all.

Just random thoughts going through my mind after reading the news on Peoples lives and most especially Nigeria.

For me, it boils down to a simple answer that unless an individual knows him or herself. That unless one knows what one's purpose or goal is? Then we majorly, still have a long way. Let me explain. It is persons who carry out these crimes or issues or truancy. The type of people that do these acts are,"the misguided" used as tools by the few selfish....

We can write and write all the time about the issues and cry and throw out insults. Yes it is our right. The Nigerian FOI act allows for that. Now, would you not like a different Nigeria?

For Nigeria to change, it needs to start with you as a person. When one is able to understand himself through the conscious efforts, daily efforts of curbing the self ego. Then you are on your way. Once you start change, your environment will change, your neighbor will change, your community will change, your state will change, your government will change, other Nations will change and then the world.

So again. What is my purpose? What is my goal in life? I have attached a personal development plan. A word document here. Its just a simple paper that makes you asks yourself questions. the reason i shared this is because i understand that a lot of people would like to change but do not know how. So here is my own contribution of change.

This plan helped me in the year 2006. was priviledged to have worked in a certain Organization and from then on..... Now most importantly, first and foremost is you must always pray, you must always listen to your heart and try and get a mentor but remember? To listen to yourself, to your gut instincts, to your heart.

For me, I discovered that, I am here to worship God alone. What is called Ibadah (worship). What this means? Is that (From the etiquette of eating, drinking, going to the bathroom, to building the individual as well as the society, satisfying the people’s needs that are related to the issues of the state and the politics of ruling and governing, the system of economy, the affairs of dealings and the judicial system, and the foundations of international relations in peace and in war. All this is supported by many Qur’anic verses and sayings of the prophet (S.A.W.).

To do this, I am discovered I am a Social Entrepreneur. What is a Social Entrepreneur? That will be another long write so please read this;

Education / What Is The Difference Between An Entrepreneur And A Business Man by Gizmo(f): 6:15pm On Nov 15, 2014
Hi All,

I have been a member since 2007. I remember the exciting and educating topics i would read on this platform. I am back hopefully as an active member. An active member in the sense that i would share my learnings and hope to learn from your experiences and learnings too.

Today, I was part of the Global Entrepreneurship Walk organized by EDC and Pan-Atlantic University. During this walk, i happened to be chatting to a new friend. We were sharing case studies of what is what like to be an Entrepreneur. In that breadth, another friend walked up and joined the conversation. His question was what is the difference between and Entrepreneur and a Business Man.

From my experiences as a Social Entrepreneur. I will make an attempt to define these two titles. The Entrepreneur is a person who has ventures following a goal. Meaning Ade had an idea, he decides to pursue and in that light it made tonnes of money while these ventures sustainable or institutionalized. This is just an example.

The Business man on the other hand, is a person who has the goal solely for making money and and therefore looks for any and everything that can bring money.

For a wider enlightenment on this topic, i have culled an article from the web. Enjoy your learning. Share your opinions too.

CULLED FROM: http://www.cfagbata.com/difference-between-an-entrepreneur-and-a-business-owner/

An entrepreneur is an innovative business leader who identifies a business opportunity, pulls resources to exploit that opportunity and who stays abreast with market trends in order to provide the best possible product or service for the market. That is my perspective anyway and not everyone would share that view. So going by that definition I don’t expect a shop owner who sells provisions to be called an entrepreneur but a blogger who blogs about water sports can rightly be called an entrepreneur because he is providing a service that serves a particular market, a solution to their problem. I choose to state things this way for the following reasons;

An entrepreneur sees problems first then finds a solution that will serve a particular group of people (niche) which is how they identify opportunities unlike the ordinary business man who wants to own a business in order to make profit (money). So by what they are motivated by we could say entrepreneurs are problem solvers although they may also make money by the side whereas business owners most likely are after the money.
Entrepreneurs usually have an active stake in the business they form.

For instance Steve Jobs, co-founder of apple wasn’t just a shareholder or investor in the business he was the business’ main manager, overseeing the day to day affairs of the business. He worked tirelessly to overcome the challenges that faced the business and also create opportunities wherever they existed.

I heard some people say Jobs wasn’t really a genius as much as the world was led to believe maybe in terms of technical prowess but certainly as a sales man and an effective market analyst Jobs is probably one of the finest marketers the world has ever known and bottom line whatever business he founded, he was an active force in it, whereas your typical business owner may only be after who gets employed and where but may not be totally committed to running the business as long as the profit keeps coming, I liken them to investors but Jobs proved to be an entrepreneur at heart.
To the entrepreneur their business legacy is their life.

When Steve Jobs was fired from apple he wasn’t depressed because he had lost his job but rather that something he had worked for tirelessly would be taken over by other people he felt knew less about it than himself. He wanted his lifelong dream to be realized even if he had to lose his job for it but certainly not when you lose both ways (the dream is taken over and dies, the dreamer loses control over his dream) that explains why jobs agreed to return to apple even after he had successfully created two other multi-million dollar companies that also made him wealthy and world famous.

I wonder how Bill gates would feel like if Microsoft went belly up but with all his billions still with him. He wouldn’t complain of losing his control of the market, rather that his lifelong dream has disappeared. For a business owner as long as the profits remain even if the business is sold or taken over all is fine. Entrepreneurs are simply insane people.

Share your views. Thank you.
