I really don't appreciate this season of GoT. Very poor writing. They set up plotlines in previous seasons only to abandon it. The killing of Viserion by the Night King makes me so angry because D & D seem to have forgotten that in previous seasons they established that in order to defeat the Night King, the Dragon must have three heads i.e there must be three dragons and three dragon riders. Why did they even need to show us that Tyrion could pet the dragons without getting harmed last season when they planned to kill off the only one he could have ridden. Why have they reduced Tyrion to a man of stupid and disastrous strategies...It was this same Tyrion that ensured victory at the Battle of Blackwater by using wildfire to burn Stannis' ships so what the Bleep changed?!

And it is logical to conclude that the same thing can stop or destroy the effect he has on living or dead things...... So by shoving that piece into his chest, They simply helped stop benjen from turning full Wight.

There has always been tension between them.

Jon needed one white walker and all of a sudden all the other walkers around dies except one, can't you see the fake set up for Jon to get one? If the wight wasnt turned by that general, what was it doing in their mist in the first place? Or was it just waiting for Jon to capture it since Jon needed just one, or was it out of sheer coincidence?

As for uncle benjen serving the 3 eyed raven, that doesn't explain how only him survived in the blistering storm when most people died.. ..or does the 3 eyed raven given supernatural life? He even rode on a horse, how did he even feed the horse in an icy desert land for days/weeks/months? There are several questions begging to be answered.

The NightKing baited Jon snow.
