Bishop Oyedepo

https://charmingpro.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-084203.png In a world where wealth and faith often intertwine, few names shine as brightly as Bishop David Oyedepo, the charismatic founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners’ Chapel. Known for his lavish lifestyle, private jets, and sprawling Canaanland empire, Oyedepo is a towering figure in Nigeria’s religious and social landscape. However, a recent claim from an alleged former employee of Bishop Oyedepo has revealed a troubling picture of waste, control, and disparity within the walls of his private residence. An X user, with handle @greatness0220, who claimed to have worked in Bishop Oyedepo’s household dropped a bombshell: “I worked in Bishop Oyedepo’s house and they throw food away every day, but you as a cook dare not eat even in the kitchen.” The claim paints a stark contrast between excess and deprivation. While mountains of food are allegedly discarded daily, kitchen staff are reportedly forbidden from touching even a morsel. The reason? A chilling level of oversight—CCTV cameras allegedly monitor the kitchen 24/7, ensuring no one steps out of line.” But it gets worse. The alleged whistleblower goes on to describe the security team as “always looking hungry and haggard,” calling it “a sad sight.” The image of well-fed elites wasting food while employees go hungry is a gut punch, especially in a country like Nigeria, where millions struggle to afford basic meals. Could this be true in the home of a man who preaches prosperity and divine provision? https://charmingpro.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Screenshot-2025-06-03-084509.png |

Nairalanders, brace yourselves! Air Peace has reportedly hiked local flight fares by over 100%, with some routes now costing a whopping ₦286,000. 😳 This increase is likely due to rising fuel costs and a weak naira, making domestic flights almost as pricey as international ones! What’s your take? Are you cutting back on flights, sticking to road travel, or hoping for intervention? Share your thoughts!

All these approval of 80k as minimum wage should not move y'all. The real question should be, "What is the consequential adjustment like?" Cos I don't get why minimum wage is 80K, and level 12/13 will end up getting 100K or even less |

https://charmingpro.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/b11.png This photo of a "whyte" woman hugging a supposed masquerade at an event in London has left some tongues wagging. While some say the "man" is just putting on a costume like the famous Lagbaja, others argued that it's a masquerade and it's not okay for a woman to hug it like that, let a lone an oyinbo. In some tradition, especially some parts of Igbo and Yoruba, Masquerades are performed only by males in exclusive secret societies and involve the use of elaborate, colorful costumes that are meant to invoke ancestral spirits. "Conversely, women are prohibited from touching the masks or even understanding the spiritual meaning behind the mask. Women are able to observe the ceremony and many do so, but they are careful to keep their distance. Both genders work to maintain the secrecy surrounding the ceremony, as it is forbidden to share the process outside of the mask making societies." What do you think? |
