Lookman is the one that is insecure, Osimhen is aiming for something more than afcon. Madrid is going for him, he has to perform. Stingy team mates dont help. During the last 2 qualifiers of the group stages, Lookman was very stingy in the first one but was substituted out and the game changed when Akor replaced him. The next match Akor played and Lookman chop bench we dominated totally. At some point I was praying Lookman injury should continue. The thing that you see in him and call humility is actually low self esteem and insecurity. It manifests by comparism which is the main cause of his stinginess. E wan be the star but Osimhen na bigger fish. Amerengues2: Regardless, I am still not impressed but thats a bit better from him. Before many peoples eyes opened, he has been doing it to his Nigerian teammates particularly Ademola- I presume he felt threatened that he might win CAF award ahead of him.....
He complains in ALL his match (If you doubt, go and watch all the matches both in qualifiers and this competition). He cant play in any big team in Europe...especially top teams. Who is he going to shout on?! He knows he cant try that rubbish.
We won today because everyone played very well and Algeria played abysmally bad. This team is a great one with good spirit!
Ademola still remains the best player of this tournament! |

All the times lookman was put in charge he messed up including against Comgo. Well, Lookmsn is a representation of the average Nigerian, im not surprised at the comments here. douchesnozzle: ECOWAS Halaand thinks highly of himself. For someone playing in a stupid league in turkey shouldn't be having such ego. No wonder no top club came for him. The coach better address this his issue before it destroys the team. |

Truth is Lookman is insecure as is most Nigerians close to the exceptional. Osimhen is beyond Afcon and Lookman needs to know this. He is trying to make a move to Madrid and target ballondor, Lookman is the perfect representation of the average Nigerian. Let him deal with his insecurities. |

Kalashnikov49: My take:
Who sent the plane to Burkina Faso. A C130 is a Transport plane. What was the essence of the trip.? What equipment was it carrying? Portugal has refuted the lie of the Army claiming they were coming for a visit.
The fact that the Army came and told lies means explicitly that the SECURITY apparatus of the country is totally compromised.
Burkina Faso is a member of West African Nations that are against ECOWAS and have already threatened to bring down any rescue JET that is foreign to their airspace.
Will they now use propaganda to cover this obvious void in the chain of command in the armed forces?
Burkina Faso is totally ready for anything.
Now it's obvious that FRANCE has the ballz of TINUBU in their hands.

Mrchippychappy: It was never an invasion but an intervention
He should:
1. Place a financial embargo on Nigeria 2. Threaten to cut ties with our trade partners until they do the same. 3. Freeze our offshore assets 4. Freeze the accounts of our politicians and trace every payment. 5. Use the interpol and CIA / inter-country intelligence like MOSSAD to pick up those who have received money from these accounts under questionable circumstances 6. Order the AFDB / IMF / World Bank to not release any loans to Nigeria as a good port I hope you know you will be the actual one to suffer the sanctions not the politicians? Sanctions are to frustrate economies, in simpler words they are to make life difficult for the citizens so they can revolt against the government. |

lexy2014: what is the cost of a kilometre of road in nigeria?
what is special about the proposed road that makes it to justify the huge cost as acknowledged by you? this road may be the only thing the people who provide the funds for this country may benefit from this government. I am talking about the people of the oil producing swamps of the Noger Delta. With the construction of this road, the hinterlands can be connected to the Atlantic and the rest of the country. The poor people of those regions can Start selling their farm products and be able to make profit. I can talk about this in depth but I lack the will. |

lexy2014: what is the cost of a kilometre of road in nigeria?
which currency do you see below?
Lagos-Calabar Highway Costs 7 times more per km than Pan-African Cairo-Cape town route.
1. Nigeria’s Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, a 700 km highway.
Budget: $11–13 billion
2. Cairo-Cape Town Highway, a 10,228 km Cairo-Cape Town Highway
Budget: $1.65 billion
the difference between 10,228km and 700km is 9,528km?
how is a 700km new road 7 times more expensive than a 10,228km road just because it is new? I don't want to go in circles. If your issue is with the high cost then you should state that clearly. I do not refute that, if it is against the project then that's where we disagree. Even if the budget is padded it doesn't matter much to me, it is the project that matters. It should remain. |

Is there a need for another road corridor to Lekki, Yes Is there an urgent need for Lagos to Calabar via the coast at such an humongous cost, No it's the same amount per kilometer that was used to construct other roads in the country. The amount for the other roads and railways were published in dollars but this was in naira to trigger the emotions of the easily manipulated Nigerian. The media is a big problem in this country. This coastal road is one of the best if not the best project by this terrible administration. |

If the Niger Delta must make progress as a region, we must insist on displaying our best and most competent. Ogbuku is a beneficiary of the "man know man" style of choosing leaders. But of course, the more you perform in your role, the more detractors are aiming at your jugular.
Alhaji Dangote can write a big book on this. He is the best leader NDDC has seen so far, his projects span across the Niger delta. The governor of one of the states even felt threatened and made a public statement that he needs further permission to carry out projects in his state to limit his influence. One of the few appointments by Tinibu that is doing very very well. |

omoadeleye: Doctors is government hospitals doesn't really stress themselves at work as you people envisaged them
Doctors are driven by their selfish interests when working in government hospitals
There are doctors that rarely visit the clinic or mostly doctors can go on two month leave and when they resume to clinic they only just sit down while mostly work are done by the nurses.
The only time a doctor get to work themselves out is when they go out to do their own private Jobs in private hospitals.
So you people should stop being selfish to blame government at every woes commited by an individual one of the problem we have in this country is that fools are beginning to have a voice because of social media. What do you know about the doctor patient ratio in Nigeria in relation to other countries. Do you have an idea about how bad and dysfunctional the healthcare system is in Nigeria?
