I used to wake up by 8am, press my phone till 9am, then start the day already tired. By month end, my account was always red.

In January, I forced myself to fix just one thing: my first 1 hour.

No phone for 1 hour after waking.
Wake up by 5:30am.
Write 3 things to do that day.
Drink water, read for 10 mins.

I did it for 30 days. My focus changed. I started finishing tasks instead of postponing them.

I turned my mornings around, and I put everything I learned in this book - WAKE UP TO RICHES.
