Currently, total power generation capacity is under 3,000 MGHZ, no light almost a month running and yet, the minister is collecting chieftency title.

BluntCrazeMan:
What exactly are you talking about?

All the protests that were happening all these while when they were delaying the bill, you didn't see it.
Even the protests that were happening at the time they were debating on the bill, you didn't see it.??
(You were busy saying all sorts of things about those protests)

..

And now, just because I created a thread, you are still giving yourself heart-ache??

What if another protest erupts with respect to the new Electoral Act 2026, what then would you be saying?
Leave this long story

Provide the evidence of when the first protest against the Electoral Act took place.

Do you have any evidence of that beyond hearsay?

Then why do Yorubas seem inferior before the descendants of the Danfodio dynasty in the Islamic scheme of things in Nigeria?
Inferior?

Well, it's inside their head

So what is your point?

Do we have to urgently review the Electoral Act again?

Can't you and your parties challenge the Electoral Act in court, like Peter Obi, so we can focus on the upcoming electioneering.
I don’t know why all this is coming after signing the bill into law and not before or during the first, second and third readings of the bill

This should apply to those on strikes as well

You shouldn’t be paid if you don’t work. Government money should be spent judiciously

Agbadorians fight in the mud, they don’t even know the boundaries between crime and politics. That’s why they’ve destroyed democracy with their level of thinking and actions.
Honestly I’m struggling to understand this in relation to the issue at hand

You’re blaming others for that pathetic ADC registration process? Eh?

Just keep quiet and move on

It's better to keep quiet than this empty defence.

Something we enjoyed during the time of Jonathan. A regime you all chose to frustrate out of power purposely so APC can grab power. Now you can't even achieve half of what Jonathan did
Hope you still remember that as at early 2015, the Jonathan administration and many state governments could not pay salaries.

We, the good people of Nigeria dash Tinubu and the APC the 36 State governors. All we want him to give us is to remove manual voting from the Electoral Act.

He calls himself a democrat but embarking on total State capture. Like Abacha like Tinubu
The more you compare him to Abacha, the more you lionise him

The more you mention APC, the more the party becomes a household name

This is APC plan.... create internal crisis with federal funds , just like LP and PDP ...then attack them and then say its due to their internal crisis...then send their minions to spread lies thru propaganda... PDP never did this when they were in power ... this is no longer democracy and this government should be kicked out and every one of them and their propagandists in the media all prosecuted...for treason against the state
PDP never did this? You must be too young to know

In any case, you have already conducted and completed an investigation and concluded that a particular party is behind all this? Eh?

PoliticsRe: Edo ADC Factional Crisis Deepens As Gunshots Hit Oyegun’s House by Globad(f): 6:32am On Feb 25
Ofunaofu:
There is no faction within the ADC.

This latest spin appears to be a deliberate attempt to deflect attention from the assassination attempt on Peter Obi and other ADC leaders in Edo State, and to redirect it toward by blaming it on an imaginary internal crisis within the party.

The current APC-led Edo State government had previously warned Obi not to set foot in Edo State. Then, yesterday, there was an assassination attempt on him and other ADC leaders.

As the proverb says, “The witch cried last night, and the baby died in the morning.” We do not go to the soothsayer to ask what killed the child.

These developments raise serious concerns about the direction of our democracy and the safety of opposition figures
The dumb proverb you quoted is considered a legally weak evidence in any court of law worth its name

Speak logically and intelligently.

Tinubu lost at his home base but came around to 'win' the election.

All of you making comments that suggest apc has ever conducted a free fair election are either paid to do so or are hypocrites.

The black man is irredeemably barbaric.
You're the barbaric one

Barbarism is when you insist you won even when facts speak otherwise.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Is Gone! by Globad(f): 8:28am On Feb 23
Makavelli001:
Apparently, here is a systematic analysis of how the FCT election was rigged:

1) After voting at the various polling units, even if APC loses and your candidate wins, the APC cabals are not worried or threatened.

2) NYSC agents sign the results and announce your candidate the winner of that polling unit.

3) The NYSC agent then hands the results to the returning officers.

4) The returning officers take the results to the collation centres, which are dominated by APC loyalists and INEC riggers who have the final say.

This is where the losers (APC) are announced as winners. This is usually done at night because, psychologically, voters are deceived and made to believe that since their candidate won at the polling units, they can now go home and rest.

5) At the collation centres, results are rewritten in favour of APC, a new signature is added, and the result forms are handed to the INEC chairman for declaration.

6) In these collation centres, no questions are entertained regarding any mutilation of figures done at the backend (which was not done at the polling units). Any candidate announced from this centre remains the declared winner.

7) Any question or dissatisfaction must go through the courts.

cool The courts will uphold the forged results declared by INEC because the National Assembly and the Senate passed an electoral law stating that any result written on Form EC8A must be accepted without question or disqualification.

If you still don’t see anything wrong with the system, you’re the problem and an enemy of the country.
Wait, is this why the AMAC contestant lost his own polling unit? Dem rig that one too?

I saw that nonsense and nobody should even start with that "loved at home" BS here.

I still blame these Gen Z parents; they’ve failed society completely. I’m certain that when their kids start acting up tomorrow, some people will still push that "don’t judge, just accept them" narrative. We are literally tolerating things our parents were deeply ashamed of back in the day.

It’s just irritating and irresponsible. I’m just waiting for one of them to catch feelings so they can finally destroy themselves and get it over with.
