i have a 14 year old niece living with, and have not been able to keep an eye on her due to the nature of my job.
i leave home very early in the morning and dont return until 8pm
reason why have decided to enroll her in a boarding school to avoid stories that touch.

Can't the constitution be amended to have 3 or 4 ministers from each zone making 18 or 24 ministers. That's better than have some one as a sitting minister without a portfolio. I will feel insulted if I was made such, will rather not be in the FEC. And besides, is it not waste of money to be paying someone that isn't really working.

Not too easy to amend the constitution especially with the selfish, anti-people oriented and lazy law makers we have in this nation

I was in a school of recent to enlighten the teachers. I was suprised to see a teacher beating a student with a big stick on the head. This is itself is not moral and more than wicked in the name of instilling discipline. More than 20 students both girls and boys were beaten that way...10 strokes on the head.

Laws has to made to restrict them. Cos some sadist element among teachers are abusing it
