marlow1962: Yeah I already done with the cooking, but I didn’t include the periwinkle again, just the fish ( fresh and dried ones). Thank you, my cooking skills are improving gradually.
I hope you enjoyed your meal. Practice makes perfect in almost every thing which includes cooking too.
marlow1962: Alright, I will go to the market soon.
Pls can I add periwinkle? I haven’t tested them before and I don’t know how to cook wit it.
Sorry I came here late, you can use any protein that appeals to you. Periwinkle will be nice, wash very well and add in same time with the fish. You should use the ones out of the shell already.
mariahAngel: Nne, at last! This one is called ila alasepo in Yoruba language. Well done. 👍🏼
My dear! I have not been in the right frame of mind to create content but I have to encourage myself in the Lord. Thank you for your encouragement always. Ila Alasepo, I will always remember.
marlow1962: Nice, I will try it today. Will 5k be enough for everything? I stay alone so no much mouth to feed. And can I use any oda fish if I can’t find Titus or horse? They hardly see them in my area
5k will be well over enough. You can use any other fish if you can't find Titus or Kote. Please don't overcook the okro or vegetables, that way you enjoy it better.
This cook with me video is on how to cook a delicious Okro soup within minutes. It's an easy to follow steps to making the most yummy Okro stew. Use any fish of your choice, you can fry, grill or bake the fish before adding to the soup.
