Seriously, it was because of you I changed the title from which of these would you delete? to which of these is your least preferred? because I just knew you wouldn't want to pick one.
Ngwa, tell us your least and most preferred?
You know I love preparing different meals so its always difficult to take out any.
I like cooking with all the fish above but my favourite would be Tilapia followed by cat fish. I do wash the cat fish with salt and warm water to take out all the slime before cooking. I know you don't like cat fish though
Mackerel aka Titus would follow, then Shawa.
I learned a way to enjoy Shawa without the bones. I wash, salt and place in a sieve then grill when the water is drained out. The bones melt away and it's so delicious. If I want to fry it, I wash, salt and place in a sieve under the sun. Fry when the water is drained with no oil splashing.
Croaker would be my last pick, we are not friends like that Maybe cos it doesn't have oil like the rest. I like them fish oily
SocialJustice: I can't tell until I taste it but it certainly looks good. Do not forget to eat with a side of salted palm oil. I prefer pouring my oil into the ukodo.
Thank you!
You taught me the palm oil version now, I will try it next time.
melonsgroup: My Glass-Top Stove Suddenly Shatters When Not In Use, Shards Fly 5 Metres Into the corridor.. I was in the room when I heard a loud crack from the kitchen due to the tempered glass spontaneously shattering, which sent shards flying five metres away into the corridor.
The glass continued cracking for about 30 minutes until it was fully shattered. I have not used this stove for about a month plus. so the surface was not hot.. Please what could be the cause of this.
It has expired.
I will always choose metal gas stoves over glass.
The glass can shatter anytime, thank God it didn't happen when you are cooking.
We are blessed with lots and lots of mouth watering delicacies in Nigeria and this is one of them. This pepper soup is very healthy and medicinal too. The local spices used is what your body is yearning for.

Maysdevices: Hello Nairaland human beings and weirdos alike!
Please go easy on me, it’s my first time posting!
I’ve been viewing as a guest all this while but decided to create an account to post my some of my cooking after viewing some beautiful posts by some nairaland ladies!
My boyfriend was craving some Fried Rice and Turkey, this morning so I decided to get some ingredients from 23rd Market to cook some and send to his workplace for lunch...
Ended up more than the two of us could eat, so I gave some to my compound’s security man and his friends!
This is superb. I like the cleanliness of the environment, the pictures did wow to the fried rice and I can tell its delicious too.
