My judgement That you the criminal be castrated using the crudest method and afterward serve a jail term of 1year without bail option. On completion of your jail term,you will resume immediately to a rehabilitation Centre for another 1year without the permission of going out and you will only receive visitors once in a month for just 5minutes. But it’s better than just to abandon the old ones and buying new vehicles,we need to learn maintenance culture that is one of the things we lack in Nigeria,we need to embrace a sustainable economy and closing cycles,use and reuse of products,instead of we littering everywhere with different products that causes pollution for our environment.repairing the old ones to a standard taste is still better than purchasing another ones,it will also save cost.
