Thanks dear, the hospital is Omoju hospital, it's in Ipaja after egbeda, he's name is Dr Omoju, lol. Na him get the hospital.

I have been following this thread most especially cos of gocare and zaynie because am looking forward to VBAC in my next pregnancy and its always good to hear from experienced mum. Gocare it was really God that intervened. I love your BS. Pls i have a question,how many months or years did you wait before conceiving after your first CS?
I had a cs because of placenta abruption at 34weeks.thanks.
May God always make it easy for all pregnant women.

My dear zaynie, I know ur also trying VBAC, so don't ask small questions, ask any, I will try and explain anytime I see it. It will end in praise.

The first CS wasn't cos of cervix at all, it was cos of stress, the hospital I used took time to do a CS, they waited till 16 hours of labour, it was this my current doctor that explained that.

Form superwoman ke, for who? Lol.

So another 5mins passed and Doc did another check, by this time my sisters baby's heart rate had gone to 166,
Doc then explained again that the least a baby's heart rate should go is 120 and the highest is 160.

At this point he said madam, don't panic I am just explaining to you so you understand and flow with me, just do as I say without delay or fear and let God do the rest. He then said please stop walking go to your bed and lie on your left side and reduce speech, by that time I was just praying and praising in my mind.

After 5 mins again he sent for me and did another scan, then he said heart rate was now 180 and we must do a CS immediately. I was so calm that my mum didnt even know what was happening, but inside me my heart had sunk.

So the nurses came prepared me and when I was going in was when my mum knew I was going for a CS.

At around 11pm to the glory of God my princess came weighing 3.5kg.

It was the next day early morning the doc came back to check me again, it was then he now said madam let's thank God ,I didn't want to alarm you but what I suspected and feared almost happened, as the uterus was already rupturing before the CS, so you will bleed but don't be scared.

My sister if you see clothed blood that came out, the biggest was the size of a 100 naira pineapple. But Gods mercy and grace took charge.

So my dear sisters the best thing that can happen to anyone is God's grace, I and my baby are Ok by his grace.

My ex-team September mama's shake body o, you know say I Don senior una now, keep the payers going and bounce in the Lord.

Finally my sister I say to you once again VIGILANTE is real.

(please I am taking my time to explain my long story make una no vex, I just want other mama's to learn like I did from other mama's birth stories )

So that day nothing happened, then next day on the 26th I was even reluctant to go to the hospital cos I didn't see any other sign, and I no wan rush, (you know we Sept mama's don't rush, we are cool ,calm and collected )na so Doc call me by himself, and said madam please where are you, so I reluctantly went, on getting to the hospital he did a scan and another cervix check, he then said madam you are going to give birth today or tomorrow, I just look the Doc with one eye, for my mind I say na so.

So I went back home and was playing cool music, I even fried dodo with vegetable and dried fish, and then to step it down with a glass of milk, and was feeling cool, from no where I just felt some kind contraction gbam!!!, I didn't answer it o, later I started timing it, then I found out it was like 2mins long with like 10mins interval, na so I throw way my sweet dodo, called Doc and told him and he said please come with your baby things now now.

I showered again, called my mum and brother and then we started going o, I even drove there and catwalked in, doc checked me again and did another scan and said please walk around the hospital abit.

15 mins latter he asked me to come for another scan where he did another check, that's when he's face changed. He said you are contracting fine, but your cervix is not opening, and there's a limit to how much contraction I can allow your cervix take because you are on VBAC, and he also explained that anytime a contraction comes for that period there's limited blood supply to the baby, which then in turn reduces the amount of oxygen that gets there, and that's why women are always thought breathing techniques.
And for a person on VBAC constant monitoring of all and baby's heart rate key.

Hello my Lovely Mama's.

My BS.
Before I start let me just inform you that VIGILANTE is real.

So I was actually in team September, Edd was Sept 14. Like one of my ex team mates I was planning on having a VBAC, and Doc had already said once am in my thing trimester I would be having constant monitoring of baby weight , pelvic size, PVC, etc.
It was cause of this plan my Doc said I shud get a pelvimetric test done.

On the 24th of August I then went for the test, thank the Lord my pelvis size was Ok. Then Doc sent me for a scan to cross check all, na so we see say baby weight was now 3.5kg, and he didn't want the weight to get up to 3.6kg, and the scan was saying the Edd was now 1st of September, Doc then said we would go with the new date so as to reduce complications as much as possible and that if I don't fall into labour before or on the 1st of September dat he would intervene, then he did the normal cervix check and realised I was 2cm already, so we were happy and i went home to go wait for September 1st. Meanwhile I asked for epidural and Doc said nope, that wants me to use my pain threshold to assist him with the delivery, I no even understand the English but I was happy and went home.

On the 25th of August next day, as I was doing cleaning na so I see normal virginal discharge mixed with blood, so I quickly called Doc and told him, he then said it could be because of the cervix check he did BUT we can't take chances, so I shud watch my self and notice any thing else that happens, and report to the hospital next day.

But wait o, na team September port pass o, over joyful September, over blessed and over loved, do your thing.
God is in control.

I was a September mama o. But the Lord had other plans for me. When I settle I go calm down write BS. Because VBAC is not easy.

Actually I used honey and lemon in hot water, you know like tea. It worked well. It was very nice, I actually enjoyed the tea. Just honey and lemon not lime.

For clearance sake let me explain, the company's name is actually MIDAS EXPRESS shipping and freight. And they said they charge $15 per Kg, when I asked why, they explained that the minimum they do from China is 200kg anything less than that is charged at $15 per kg.
