Yes ooo, #TeamSeptember please let's take it slow with this surge of energy we now have and feel like we can do all the house work oooo.

Last night, i wanted to clear my bathroom drain and kukuma wash it, as i was about stepping out after getting the task done, i slipped and landed on my bum, God soooooooooo great, my hands supported me as i landed in the sitting position.

DH finally banned me from doing tasks that i no dey hear word , ,

I laid down and dearest lo was just dancing and jubilating as ever ( we dey watch film before i went to do super woman).

Thank God we are doing very well.

Dear team mate, it is not easy o, one day I do work so tey by after 1 for night I begin iron face caps.

No be joke o. I just felt the caps were squeezed.

You see these same symptoms I've have seen with my friend and it was because of her breasts. They were too full, her mum had to help her express them out cos baby wasn't sucking too much, and she slept off and it went.

My own aunt had these same symptoms, na so we press breast o, but breast sef didn't have much milk, so my mum came looked at her with all those matured women eye, and then said she would press her, even me sef I was against it, but my mum didn't listen, she pressed her whole body with semi hot water, massaged her waist, back, joints, tummy, and whole body, then rubbed every were with menthol, she slept and woke up and she actually had congealed blood which I honestly don't know how, but she soaked her wrapper with blood, thick blood sef.
That scenario was scary for me because I don't think me I can stand dat kind pressing. For 3 consecutive days.

And on the other hand it could just be malaria .

It's not easy o, vigilante plus headache and body pains. God is ur strength.

Very nasty aching pain, on the left ribs side. And it later extended to the other side.
Atimes very serious like your going insane and atimes just aching non stop.

If it's as I've described and just aching put a pillow underneath that side and lie on it. U can use two pillows one under both sides.

If it's the insane pain type, my sister na agbo I use o. When I went to the hospital they were speaking English.

My dear sister, I cut my own hair o, and I bath with it, then enter my room, lie down, on fan, and turn off the lights. Atimes I put on very slow music like Elton John kind of songs, while lieing down.

And finally a good kpekus can do wonders. No be rush rush kpekus o. Calm, slow and steady one, till you reach mountain top.

And atimes again, I fold my towel into a long rectangular shape, then soak it with water, then lie down after a shower and put the soaked towel over my forehead and eyes. And just lie there.

Debbiemama has answered you. It's a diaper-like mat dat is placed on d hospital bed so you can deliver on and then dispose of instead of using your wrapper. They need 2;one for the above purpose and the other to rub blood out of your baby's skin. You can get it at supermarkets. I got mine @700 both.
