I will propose a PERFECT solution to Tinapa's problem: Move the ENTIRE TINAPA to somewhere between Lagos - Oyo - Ogun States! Even if they will buy it for 18.5 B, They can move the entire facility for LESS than N 2 B! Hire Nigerians, there are millions looking for work! Is the rail good enough yet? If not use TRAILERS or HIRE A SHIP and roundtrip the southern Nigerian coast to Lagos / Ogun ports.

Go and lease land somewhere in the intersection of those 3 states (close to more than 40% of the entire population of Nigeria) for how much per year say N 500 M / Year and re-install the resort there! They will have so much business they would have nowhere to save all the money! Think of the huge populations in those states who will be more than happy just to go there on a weekend or weekday, tourists, church programs that usually cannot find enough accomodation and end up sleeping on the field? Install the cable cars to possible stride somewhere around Redeemed Camp, Canaan Land (Winners Chapel, Sango-Otta) and the Deeper Life church around that axis. That is the ultimate solution to all the problems of Tinapa.

- Huge traffic
- Best security in Nigeria
- The areas with people with the most dispensable income
- The areas most people coming from foreign countries will most likely pass or live
- The areas with the most educated people and superior workforce and quality
- The area with the best power infrastructure
- The area that attracts people from other countries and other investments
- The area where you will have to worry least about kidnapping, armed robbers and ritualists.

In all, they will not even burn through N 15 B out of their budget of N 26 B before being able to restart operations, assuming they are not planning to steal most of the money in the first place. Other than this, it doesn't matter if they invest N 2 Tr, without people and traffic, it will still be a loss. Can they make the best business decision or they are too ignorant to do what the Americans / Europeans (even Dubai) do to attract foreigners to their country, making a killing in the process?

My uncle (highly educated man) got married to a beautiful Ibo girl in 2011. When they gave him the list of all the items he was to buy and all the money stuff, he accepted it and laughed. He called his wife to be, told her that they would be sharing the cost 50/50.

Still using the account but intend to get a TIN now, what penalties would i pay and hope it would not be clumsy having operated the account off and on in the last five years. Thank you
