it will be stressful for you.. It's more than 30mins drive and it will be stressful to do that on a daily especial if your lectures end after 5pm..

you can use any insurance company in Nigeria. You just need one week insurance.

Right now Turkish E-visa is only for schengen countries, USA , U.K or Ireland.

when you apply online .. You will get a check list of documents to take to the visa appointment such as bank statement.. Medical insurance etc.

Another question is can I book a date for results authentication and visa interview same day?. Cuz I will going from lagos, just to save cost.. is it possible?

no you can't.. It's advisable to authentic days or even weeks before your interview. if your original waec or neco certificate is not out , then you can give the pin to a family friend in Abuja to print and help you authenticate. When you go for your interview you collect it. Authentication could take a whole day.

How much fee do they charge.

Authenticate your WAEC or NECO result . The original and one photocopy at the ministry of forign affairs and the ministry of Education Abuja . both are located in Abuja secretariat. Both will cost N2,000 if you do it yourself.

Admission for Fall semester which starts September has started.i'll advice prospective students to Near East University to start their application ASAP in order to get their acceptance letters early and avoid name not on list after visa interview. Their names would be on the first list sent to Turkish embassy in Lefkosia and Abuja.

it varies due to the open market policy but the current rate from three banks as of yesterday is N282.5 per dollar. The rate of FX depends on the availability of FX and the demand at that point in time. E.g if there is low availability of FX and there is high demand then expect the amount to rise above N282.5.
If there is enough FX and moderate demand then expect it to go below N282.5 per dollar.
Last two weeks it's was N199 per dollar , last week Monday it was N254 per dollar.

I made a payment today using the form A in the bank. Please how long does it take to get telex copy after submission?

you will know as soon as your account as been debited go to your bank to request the telex copy or you give an instruction for the telex copy to be sent to your e-mail.. Usually the banks does not know when but most cases that I have seen is 2weeks.

if you are opting for football as a career or means of making big money, I'll advice you go to turkey, Norway or other European country. Female basketball is the real deal here and they play in the Turkish league.

Most Universities will send their first list to the embassy by July. Do not rush to avoid "name not on list" after interview.

Near East University offers sibling scholarship which is %60. Instead of paying %50 which is €1400 a semester all siblings would pay €1,120 per semester.

Hello house , I did the form A Money transfer at the bank today .. Skye Bank .. They only gave me back the form A form when i asked for a receipt or some sort of proof of transfer .. but they Signed and Stamped it .. is that how it works , but they told me to check back on monday ..

that's the way it's done.. No receipt .. You just have to wait till your account is debited and then you go back to collect your telex copy.. That's what you will send to the school as proof of payment and that what you will also attach to your visa application document. Make sure you make copies of it. Normally you ought to request that your full name and passport number should be on it . That's way it's easier to trace payment.

you have a 3days visa simply means u can enter within the stated 3 days.

Normally on your transit visa u will see where they put number of days(normally it's 2 unless it has change now),if its there then u can enter turkey with ease.
Immigration side is different and the airport is really big,everybody pass through same side but if u going in then there is a different route to take.
Note not all that have transit visa can enter turkey but if u coming from Nigeria and transiting through turkey to north Cyprus then with the Turkish visa u can enter turkey.

@penroll is right , now it's even 3days dey give, once you are here and you would like to visit turkey, getting a visa is no problem and it gotten the next day after submission of all documents.

no.. Just be positive and don't think about it .. Negative thoughts does you no good, besides your worries can't change the decision.be positive

did you provide a consent letter ? Was it sealed by notary public or court ? Are you sure you had complete list of document? If this was the Canadian forum I would have said you lost all submitted documents so I know where you went wrong and the fact that appointments are done online now, I don't think the 6months wait after denial still applies.

if you aint upto 18 or above you cant get a student visa to cyprus, even though you issue them a consent letter from your sponsors, you will be denied visa

that's wrong. There are students here who are not up to 18.

lack of adequate funds, right now they are being strict with lack of complete documents and stop focusing on being denied.. As a man thinketh so shall it be.. Focus on having the complete documents listed.be positive.

1) what course are you going to study
2) who is your sponsor ( explain in details and state what he/she does) just basic questions don't be scared just be calm and you'll be fine. Just make sure your documents are complete and notirized.
