It boils down to what u wanna use it for, if u require a faster chip, xiaomi is ur choice, but if u like good look, standing out, very strong battery and all round entertainment device, elephone p8000 is it.

A reasonable percentage of their lecturers can't speak fluent and correct English, yoruuuuba yoruuuba everywhere.. They churn out quarter-baked graduates every year..

If state allocation is a criteria for rating of educational standard, then, most African universities won't be able to measure up with any Nigerian university in any aspect. cos they earn less compared to what Nigeria earns. But the ranking of African universities, goes a long a way to prove that your theory, is a complete fallacy.
