good day friends. Though a biochemistry student, I have great passion for writing. written articles on religion(Christianity), education, economy, love, life, politics, and won essays too. I want to publish or sell the many i hve written but don't know how to get started. Tried blogging via mywapblog but crashed. will a farmer who place tilling after planting not harvest weeds as crops! When the downpour of hailstones run towards myraid of men, they still hide under their leaking canon as if they will not be flanked. The smoke of the torment is becoming visible to all and sundry even if everyone believe very much that its the litmus test of the computer age. Sleeping with both eyes have become a defect to me, having seen what the youth have turned into. the rate of sexual intercourse in the nook and cranny (if not hidden places) of the society is as loud as a school bell. is it because we dont open our bible that we have not read that we should remember now our creator in the days of our youth? What happened to those church leaders who lamented ceaselessly about the decay in the lives of these youth? Instead, messages are filled with blatant lies like masturbation, kissing, safe sex is not sin. are you still indulging in sin because everyone is? Or because its a habit? Or because you are afraid of your partner? The internet, the greatest abode of pornography, has made itself the greatest tool for the devil and mourfully, believers. For crying out loud, are we not made to be examples? is a friend of the world not enmity with God? Were we not asked to walk in the spirit so that we may not fufil the works of the flesh? Is your body not God's? is this not the time to repair that faulty foundation? Is it not time to hold Jesus and never let go? Is it not time to flee? Is it not time to ask for mercy? The God news is GRACE. God wants to perfect u. If only u will acknowledge and humbly give Him your life in totality. If only u will gladly say goodbye to sin. If only u are willing this moment. No man can save u but Jesus. Read your bible. Pray. Rebuke the devil and ask for Grace. Jesus loves u so much more. Repent and be saved. Jesus can erase the pages of your past. The Kubwa Police Division, Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory has drawn the attention of residents to a group of suspected self-acclaimed pastors who are often seen hanging around commercial banks in corporate attires.
According to the police, their dressing is not in any way suspicious as it makes them look like pastors or even the bankers.
DAILY POST gathered that their prime targets are mostly teenagers, who visit the banks either to deposit or withdraw money.
The Kubwa Divisional Police Officer, Chief Superintendent Nurrudeen Sabo, who confirmed the arrest of one of the fraudsters, James Silver, said that 10 mobile phones and a fake camouflage cap belonging to the Immigration Service were recovered from him.
Silver, who confessed to be a member of the gang, said he specializes in swindling residents of Kubwa, using spiritual means.
While he was paraded at the division, he revealed he was introduced to the business by one of his friends who claimed to be a paint dealer in Abuja.
According to him, he was deceived into joining the gang after giving his friend the sum of N50, 000 to help him procure a pickup van for his work, which he waited for three months without delivery.
“One day, I called him to return my money since the goods were no longer available, but he promised to introduce me to another business which would pay better than the painting work I was doing. That was how I found myself in Abuja two weeks later,” the 39-year-old painter said, adding that it took him few weeks to learn the tricks of the fraud before he finally joined the syndicate.
“We always stand by the gate of banks to lay ambush on our victims. As soon as we sight a customer, most of who are teenagers, going towards the ATM point to withdraw money, one of us would approach him and start prophesying to him that he has a bright future but that the devil wants to truncate it.”
The suspect said they would promise the victims to take them to a certain place where prayers would be conducted on them for cleansing, but only on the condition that they would be ready to offer some amount of money and their phones collected from them.
“Once the boy withdraws money from the machine and hands it over to any of us, we carry him in our car which is already waiting within the bank premises to a lonely place where we drop him and disappear.”
“I was still talking with the boy when my colleague sighted the police officer and he left me and drove off with the car. That was how I got caught,” Silver lamented.
The suspect also added that they do not use any charm to operate, describing their tricks as mere psychology.
“Since I joined them, I have not seen them making any incantation before embarking on any operation. Besides, it is not every person we approach that succumbs to our tricks. Some would say they are not interested, and we don’t force them,” he noted.
One of the victims, who simply identified himself as Tochi, recounted his ordeal, saying he lost the sum of N25, 000 to the swindlers.
"It was like a movie. Their appearance was so deceptive that before they even opened their mouth to start talking to you, you are already attracted to their discussion,” Tochi added.
Reacting further on the arrest of the suspect, the DPO urged parents and guardians to avoid sending their vulnerable under-aged wards, who the criminals always take advantage of, to the banks, especially to lodge in or withdraw money.
He also advised residents to be wary of the presence of these fraudsters within bank premises so as not to fall preys to their stunts.

Agriculture, Her Pride. Sports, Her strength. She has more than 152million blessed children. she possess 923,768sq.km of arable land. She shares her boarders with Benin in the west, chad and Cameroon in the east, Niger in the nort and Her coast lies on the gulf of guinea in the south. She is flagged with two flamboyant colors. Composed of 36 states, 774 L.G.A and 6 Geopolitical zones. She is NIGERIA.
What happened to Her lately? She is fast becoming a torn entity. Where did it begin? She is getting ruined by the power of incumbency. Like a dog, she now lick Her wounds and go back to Her vomit. Until u discover the purpose of your existence,you will always be oblivious of the fact that you are an explorer. Most great men died nuturing their ideas and ambitions in mind. They end up getting pregnant with good ideas but they never delievered. They are like dark clouds without rain.
Of what use is a telephone without network? or tonnes of block without structure?
Or education without production? Or giftings without manifestation? Many of us are alive on the inside but dead on the outside. Your ideas impregnate you, the question is will you deliever or not?
Is it fear of failure? let it go.
Is it timidity? Cast it out.
Is it procastination? Work it now?
These are external forces influecing your being.
Everybody is born to pull the crowd, not to pool away their time and resources. Do you aim for what is ephemeral? Aim for big fishes not fingerlings. Aim for goliath not his armies.
Life is a sequence. From adolescent you become an adult. Never put the cart before the horse. You dont jump into teaching when you dont study. This is the time to explore what God has given to you. You wont live a thousand years. Most of us allow opportunities to go by.
Is it gospel, preach it.
Is it music, preach it.
Is it hospitality, preach it.
Is it writing, preach it.
You are a pastor in your field.
Your inner giftings,talents is to bring liberation to souls. Trying to be someone else is what makes you a liability unless they are mentoring you. Being yourself makes you an asset.
The first heading in life's instruction manual is the word 'purpose'. You cant go back to the dust yu came from achieving anything.
When God purpose become your purpose, then everything is easy to conquer including persecutions but in the end failure is not permissible. You were placed on africa to shine.
If you have a goal in life please be focus so that you dont put the shot at the back of the post. Is your goal a selfish interest or a blessing to others?
Why give a man a honourable burial when he didnt even leave a cookie for the next generation. You cant die an ordinary man.
Hear this! Your first purpose in life is to please God. It increases the muscle of what you can achieve. Tell God to make you productive so that you can deliver safely.
