I can't agree more. LordReed: By this logic everything is special. Check this:
The day your kid, your momma or anyone dear to your heart can't eat, that's when you'll know there's something special in it.
The day your kid, your momma or anyone dear to your heart can't shit, that's when you'll know there's something special in it.
The day your kid, your momma or anyone dear to your heart can't drink water, that's when you'll know there's something special in it.
The day your kid, your momma or anyone dear to your heart can't walk, that's when you'll know there's something special in it.
Substitute just about anything and it sounds exactly like what you wrote. You really need to understand the difference between special and mundane. |

1 Corinthians 1:18-25 For the message about Christ's death on the cross is nonsense to those who are being lost; but for us who are being saved it is God's power. The scripture says: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise and set aside the understanding of the scholars.” So then, where does that leave the wise? or the scholars? or the skilful debaters of this world? God has shown that this world's wisdom is foolishness! For God in his wisdom made it impossible for people to know him by means of their own wisdom. Instead, by means of the so-called “foolish” message we preach, God decided to save those who believe. Jews want miracles for proof, and Greeks look for wisdom. As for us, we proclaim the crucified Christ, a message that is offensive to the Jews and nonsense to the Gentiles; but for those whom God has called, both Jews and Gentiles, this message is Christ, who is the power of God and the wisdom of God. For what seems to be God's foolishness is wiser than human wisdom, and what seems to be God's weakness is stronger than human strength. Romans 1:21-22 They know God, but they do not give him the honour that belongs to him, nor do they thank him. Instead, their thoughts have become complete nonsense, and their empty minds are filled with darkness. They say they are wise, but they are fools; jaephoenix: Listen. People sleep and wake up due to the circadian rhythm in the brain. Its not rocket science or a supernatural event. There's no miracle there. Most times folks die in their sleep its cos of a co-morbidity(disease) they have been ignoring For example, someone hit his head on the floor, sustains a subarachnoid hemorrhage and instead of going to the hospital, they stay home. Such a person sleeps off and that's the end |

Actually the organizers' only problem was that they underestimated the wonders tinubu is doing in the lives of Nigerians.Real shot fired. You can say that again. Zionmdde: We all shouting "crucify them" for setting out to put smiles on the faces of some children
They announced their free gift event Do we Blame them for the massive crowd they might never have envisaged? But we don't Blame govt for the massive poverty We don't blame parents for the negligence on their own part.
It has become very obvious that having good intentions in this country is scary and may land you jail terms.

In as much as some families are some kind, don't live a life of seclusion. You know why, they will suffer your kids and your wife (especially her) when you're gone. They will tag her a "bad wife" falsely accusing her of keeping you away from them. Let's not even talk about your inheritance that the so called kinsmen will convert to theirs as compensation. Legal will? Well, except your kinsmen are not diabolic (it is not as if you would know anyway), or else it is your kids and wife that would run for their lives, leaving inheritance behind. Based on live experience brother, don't or else your children and wife go hear ween for their hand during your interment at old age (by God's grace)... |

US politicians have stayed longer than that at the capitol. Those confronting the lawmaker should've focused on his track record instead of the bullshit they were spewing. What do they mean by he has no right to stay in office? How can they take us seriously if this is what we've got upstairs? |

No. Some things need to change not because the intention is bad but because the newer generation have become terribly corrupt. They see perversion in everything. This is an old tradition that has gone on without issues until this generation.

My trip back is another topic I wish to make a post about. It went well except for my unsavory encounters with police and custom agents. Although my papers were complete and vehicle's custom clearance was airtight, they still insist on collecting money and delaying us for no justifiable reasons. Other than that, the trip was good. The SUV is sound - and fast. As for the dealer, let me say again that I can't vouch for his honesty. All I know is that God's hand is in the success I had. Still, I'll give you his contact via email. Drop your email address here. KabirHakeem: Happy for you man, I have been following this thread. Could you please drop the details of that dealer? And how was your trip back home? |

Yes, indeed, we're our own problems. The level of corruption in the country these days is unprecedented. It's never been this bad. Pootle: i followed your tread from when you where window shopping till you deposited for the car and all the negative comments you had to promise someone cash reward for a positive comment. i really wanted you to get your car and proof douters wrong. the seller was a honest man and all prasie to him. when i wanted to sell one item quit expensive the buyer was in the north and we never met neither did he know me and he sent the complete money and i waybill his item without story. from the negative response it showed that we are the problem of ourselve in this country we eat and drink negativity. jus showes the country need purging |

Well, to each man his own. Don't relate to God based on what you observe in "religious" people. Many go to church; few are God lovers. Few keep His word like it's a religion. Meanwhile, all the promises of God are tied to His word. God lovers are guaranteed winners. That's what I know. I don't look at God based on what I see or based on the experience of others. I don't even look at God based on my experience. I look at Him based on what He says He is - as written in the Bible. But like I said, to each man his own. kingxsamz: Congrats to you but there's nothing like god here. Dealer was just honest as others have said. A lot of people who are going to church and pray more than you do not even know where their next meal will come from and you're here talking about miracle over N12m car deal. 😂 You funny sha. Anyways, if most Nigerians were this honest, such a thing would be normal. Same way Nigerians fast and pray for things that irreligious people enjoy in foreign countries. Here we elect terrible leaders and expect miracle to happen. Once again, congrats because I know the level of unrest the comments in that thread must have caused.😂 |

Na scam wey naija ppl wey dey ship goods from abroad and our customs ppl dey do nah, by the time demurrage enter millions, u sef go just leave am there and accept the loss as lesson learnt..... after like 7 months or more, custom will now declare the car up for auctions, then they will now sell it to themselves. Dear God! Really? Listen, a woman was riding her bicycle when President Trump's motorcade drove by. She flipped him off simply because she didn't like Trump. I mean, she gave the President the middle finger and not even a single vehicle from the long escort cars stopped. I mean, the Secret Service were riding with the President at that time. They didn't as much as touch her, although she was eventually fired by her boss at work. Interestingly, the woman ran for office and won. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/11/06/cyclist-fired-for-flipping-off-presidents-motorcade-wins-local-office.htmlNow, imagine flipping off President Tinubu.
