When the "Akodo Peninsula" first came out in 2015, a plot of land in this estate was 540k

In 2016, after it was fenced, it became 1.5m, the company claimed it was sold out, only for it to be introduced...

In Feb, 2017, it officially became 3.5m

Lekki Phase 1 was never a bush. It was a huge expanse of sandfield land reclaimed from the lagoon, through dredging by the Lagos State govt.

If you are referring to Agungi, Igbo-efon etc which is further down the road from Lekki Phase 1, people might believe you.

Pls how much is a land in Agungj, igbo-effon now.. Lol.. I just laugh when I see comment like this. Anyway, it is my job to sensitise clients and open their eyes to the huge benefit of securing properties in this great axis...

Hello house... I have been reading this thread for a while so I have decided to ask some questions.

I did Bsc in Geology, had a 2.2, proceeded to do my Msc in petroleum geology and graduated 2015...i wish to travel to Australia too and do another course that would lead to PR..

I don't have much in my bank account to present in the embassy...i can still afford to pay half of the tuition.. My question is how can I go about it to study any course or less expensive course that will lead to PR, I understand geology is among the list of course that can lead to the PR but quite expensive...

I read it in this thread where some people were giving testimonies when they got there visa and said "no bank account submitted "..."no interview" etc.. Does it mean they applied for the visa without submitting bank account at the embassy? and does it also mean after paying half of the school fee, u can automatically get the visa if I use any of the agent like "PFL"?

I am a novice in this thread but I need guidance....please help me out.. Thanks
