It's a lot easier to get your licence to practice once you pass your state Board RN exam, you have a shorter number of years to spend in school also if you are willing to put a lot of hours overtime and juggle between jobs there's better opportunity for you to do so. There's also job flexibility you can choose to work day or night since hospital is open 24/7 and a lot of nurses are needed to staff each unit however a hospital that utilizes over 50 nurses per shift may require no more than 4 pharmacist to cover the shift so most pharmacist does not work in the hospital but in a pharmacy store which usually closes at certain time at night therefore limiting your opportunity to work day and night if you have the strength.
