If you are talking about content in a football game ie Licenses, Game modes, online gaming, commentary then please go for FIFA.
But if you are after an actual football simulation game with near perfect ball physics, individual player ID system ( player models actually move, run and shoot like actual football players), dynamic gameplay that makes every match feel different, If you like this "stuffs" then pls throw your FIFA away and get PES (17-20)

Depends on what platform you're playing from. If it's on Mobile Pes Beats both Hands down, FIFA does not even stand a chance when it comes to mobile. But if you're playing on console is a different case, if you want good presentations and graphics go for FIFA but if you want to enjoy good gameplay and player physics go for Pes especially pes2020
