Rhine waal(aka deportation center) dont accept such letter.

Ielts/toeft is a must for all applicant.

Also kindly be aware that FH Rhine waal is located in a dryland...

Am not saying that particular course is restricted am saying they have one course which does not require any German proficiency (International Management) and is restricted

but i think you can apply for the health informatics degree now then provide the german A2 cert by the end of 2nd semestr wic shouldnt be hARD to do
