i spoke to him on phone before i came to nairaland, he hung up saying he doesn't owe me. i Don't know of a company name. i usually get text with the address to come for pick up and i forward it to a courier to pick up for me

It is quite a long time I visited this thread but I always like been my brother's keeper. Mikky, I remember vividly when one of your customer's made a complaint like this but his case was dead on arrival because the guy claimed he lost his prove of evidence. However, looking at goldtooth's case, he has a strong evidence against you though some of the snap shot he presented can still be forged. For the sake of humanity, check your bank details for the said deposit and refund to clear your part and his claim. Base on goldtooth's evidence, he requested for his balance to be transferred to his account but you told him there would be charges for doing so and both of you finally reached an agreement that the money would be used when he decides to buy any item through you so I see no point saying he left the money since last year to claim it this year; I think it was all base on trust and mutual agreement between both of you. Remember that where ones madness stops is where another person's madness begins. He might be one of your peaceful customers but do you know the type you would meet in future?

Goldtooth, what do you mean you can't reach him? I believe Mikyy is in Nigeria at the moment, are you not in Lagos? If you are in Lagos, I would suggest you go to his office and speak with him on the issue and if he refuses to sort you out then 3 things are involved; either you take the matter to whatever you worship and believe in or report the matter to the appropriate body or probably forget about the money and consider it as one of the night mosquito bites. You don't expect his conscience to keep him awake when you are sleeping; pikin wey say e mama no go sleep no go sleep too.

You have failed to paste a screen shot of of gtb transaction detail showing that you transferred back my balance as you claimed. There is no doubt in my mind that you have checked and you know i am telling the truth, but you would rather not give me back my money because you know i cant reach you

If he didn't ask for his balance, does that mean his money will disappear, so Customers shouldn't trust you to keep their goods or money, till when they are comfortable to getting it back?

GTB bank records are there for you to reconcile with, in case you missed it. And even if it takes 2years, as long as you are alive, and still running the business, even if you are not around self, as long as the business is still running, he can gather his facts and show whoever manages it to pay up. He has a right to his funds or his goods, since you didn't state any terms and conditions previously which negates his claim.

My brother thank you very much oo. It is out of trust i left my balance with Mikkyangel. I am not a frequent buyer. i usually buy things for personal use and for my family and friends. Since that transaction i have not made any purchase on ebay or amazon and that is why i left the balance with him all this while. So in july i decided to add to the balance i had with him to buy some supplements and got shocked when he denied he owes me. i have tendered all the evidence you all have seen yet he still denies. i have asked him to paste a screen shot of the gtb transaction detail where he transferred back my balance and he has failed to do so. I am shocked he has decided to stoop so low. All i have said is the truth and heaven can bear witness that i am speaking the truth.

Mikkyangel, I believe that by now you have checked your GTB transaction detail and I know that if you saw my name there that you transferred N12,429 to me you would rush to paste it here to shame me. It takes 90days, for ebay to permanently delete successful transaction between both parties(you and ebay), they do this in other avoid issues like the one you have pasted above..

I wonder how someone will conduct some form of transaction with me as far back as Sept 2014, only for him to ring me up July 27th 2015(almost one year later), telling me that i owe him 12k plus... To be sure you have not refunded my balance, log into your account go to transaction details, pick a start date 1/10/2014 and a stop date 31/11/2014 and click go. All your transactions for that period would be displayed. if you see my name in the narrative that you transferred to me N12,429 please paste the screen shot with the date. If not, it means i am speaking the truth. You never transferred back my balance, if you did it will be in your transaction detail

so i should know how many people i owe? I believe you have a record of everybody who owes you money and you make sure they pay their balance before picking up their stuff. Then i think it is only proper for you to have a record of everybody you owe also.

As you can see from the screenshots, the supplements cost $53.06 and his commission was $15 which gives a total of $68.06 multiplied by 170 his exchange rate at the time you get N11, 570.2 Subtract that from the N24,000 I paid him and you get N12,429.8 balance
