PoliticsRe: What APC Did To PDP At Benin Presidential Rally (Photos) by GoodluckLagos: 1:30pm On Jan 30, 2015
Given Buhari's history with democracy and oppression, I'd sooner vote for that baboon!
TravelRe: "We Can't Complete Lagos Light Rail Project" - Fashola by GoodluckLagos: 1:23pm On Jan 30, 2015
Garrithe1st:
Ambode will complete the project. At least Fashola started it and has made considerable progress so far. Show me any Pdp state government that has even attempted to carry out such an audacious project.

History will remember Fashola kindly as one who gave his best to Lagos.

#Ihavedecided
History should remember Fashola accurately as one who took as much as he could from Lagos, just as Tinubu did before him. They have grown wealthy off the hard work and sweat of Lagosians whilst giving nothing back. This project is just one civic failure amongst many. Meanwhile, the Eko Atlantic City Development continues at a pace - building new houses and malls which the average Lagosian is priced out of.
PoliticsRe: The Nigerian Nation Against General Buhari, By Wole Soyinka by GoodluckLagos: 1:01pm On Jan 30, 2015
Yes this is a long article, but it is essential reading. Soyinka's argument is that Buhari was both a dictator and a hypocrite - neither of which speak of a decent democratic leadership.
There's a shorter piece here http://www.theglgp.com/nigeria-must-learn-from-our-history/
PoliticsRe: "Those Accusing Me Of Sponsoring Boko Haram Are Mad" - Jonathan by GoodluckLagos: 12:29pm On Jan 30, 2015
It is unlikely that either GEJ or GMB are sponsoring Boko Haram - neither wants to see the people of Nigeria killed in their thousands. More likely funding comes from international backers, theft and ransom money, as it does with ISIS, Al-Qaida, Taliban etc.

The question should be who will deal with Boko Haram and give us a more stable state http://www.theglgp.com/national-security-the-stable-democrat-or-the-failed-dictator/
PoliticsRe: by GoodluckLagos: 1:13pm On Jan 14, 2015
GEJ has not been vague in his commitments - he dedicates himself to a Nigeria unified by democracy and education, as he made clear in his speech in Lagos last week.

jdilight:
Buhari and his supporters don't know the season or times we are. We are far ahead of brutal politics.
If you believe in Buhari you won't be persuaded otherwise, but the fact is that he represents an era and form of government where journalists were executed for their reports. This is a form which belongs to the past. GEJ is the democratic alternative. Buhari only wants to regain power and has not given any policies, only offered dubious promises. GEJ has a record to stand by. Take a look at http://www.theglgp.com/.
