Please is this visa gurantee a legit something?

Good day all. My WAEC certificate hasn't been released yet do they accept normal waec result for Bsc program.

Good day everyone, please I have a little confusing in my application.
My University gave me multiple start dates but Didn't included program ending dates.
For instance I wish to commence my study on January 1st but don't know the ending date.
Its also relevant because I'll have to state that in my visa application.

Please help me. Thank you all.
