LOL I stand to be corrected 80% of those there don't have pvc and won't be voting in next year election because they are newly registered between May and July 2022 after whihh the voters registration exercises closed.

As for APC all there aspirants and candidates have seized the opportunity to get their voters to get registered or voting profiles updated since May 2021. Even if inec will be releasing pvc for those whoregistered last year it will be 60% Apc voters.
