We are on a mission to abolish the era of agency fee. Let tenants connect directly to Landlords. How will agent be collecting half of what Landlords collects per year. The law states that agency fee should not be more than 10% why are we not following the law.

I remembered those days when we look for house without passing through agent, houses were cheaper but now that these wicked agents are involved you will see a house of 250000 per annum with total package of 350000 naira. A whole 100k going to agent and that's why i created this page so that people can post rooms/apartment for rent without agent fee.
