Here's the thing: the 2 eggs you fried, were they among the ones you ate? If you ate the same 2 you fried, then:
You effectively used 2 eggs (both eaten and fried).
So, 6 - 2 = 4 eggs left.

But if you fried 2 different eggs (not the ones you ate), then:
You ate 2 + fried 2 = used 4 eggs.

So today in church, the pastor told us to pray for Nigeria to work, I didn’t even bother to participate or pray such prayer… you need to see the youth in church praying with veins showing on their necks like they had never prayed before and I’m like mehnnn we still have a long way to go.
No doubt, it’s good to pray for your country but prayer can only work when we start doing the right thing as a nation. Even the bible says “faith without work is dead" (James 2:17)”
Our forefathers prayed for this nation to work, till date we are still praying for the nation to work.

My question is.. has the prayer worked already? Or is the prayer still going to work? Or Should we pray more till our children continue from where we stopped

Not everyone who graduated with a third class are dull or unserious when in school.
Life happens to anyone academically, financially, health wise, businesses and so on.
I went to a state university and I paid my tuition fees ALL by myself, I had little time to attend lectures and study my books being a commercial bike rider and laundry service provider just to pay my bills back then. It wasn’t an easy ride for me.
I don’t blame anybody, I take responsibility for my actions.
I still Thank God I’m not where I used to be.

There’s a new Apple Store situated around ikeja, they strictly deals on Apple products only and they needed an accountant, the salary is quite good… so a good friend of mine sent me a link that I should apply for the job since I have Bsc in accounting, then I applied.

Yesterday I received an Email from the Apple Store stating that I wasn’t up to the criteria due to my class of degree. I felt disappointed but life goes on.

I just screenshot the mail and send it to my friend and he said he wasn’t aware that there was a specific class of degree ( minimum of 2:2) to apply for the job.
He cheers me up and told me better days ahead.

Though I’ve a job currently but the Apple Store is willing to pay x 2 of my current salary.
I won’t lie I felt so devastated.

Although, I already sent my father 50k for Christmas, so he called me on Monday complaining how bad village rice is, that the rice is always filled with stones. I told him not to worry that I will send him good rice.

So I contacted my girlfriend who's an expert in buying things in the market and we also live in the same city. She said I should go for long rice, that long rice is the best and it cost 46k a bag. I also needed Groundnut oil at home (10 litres) so I asked her how much and she said 12k. I sent my girlfriend 60k for the stuffs. She went to the market and bought it stuffs.

Out of good will I told her to take half bag of rice and oil to her parent, that I will be sending the other half to my father. She was really happy & grateful.

But I was so disappointed when I went to pick up the rice & oil. I may not know long or short rice but when I see half bag of rice, I would know. The rice wasn't up to half bag and the oil isn't up to 5 litres. I felt cheated and angry but I just lock up.

My girlfriend & l are spending the Christmas & new year together, she's coming over to my house on Saturday. So she called me this evening that she's going to the saloon tomorrow to make her hair that she need 15k.

I'm so pissed off. Is this greed or what? You cheated me and still asking me money for hair.
