Go on and try like u wanna GH..they would knock off the amount with the fake POP from your total available for withdrawal. Meaning you will only have the balance of your bonus - amount reported for fake pop to cash out.

Lol..me I don already send thunder to the guy. Funny enough he later texted me to yab me for not taking his offer knowing fully well how I will get messed up with the CRO/Support option.

This is the response i got from support regarding a fake POP issue. It seems to me that it is an auto-response by the system and it is showing status SOLVED.... is it normal because i did all that is required(selecting topic, putting order number, uploading my signed bank statement, uploading the fake POP and clicking on save.

Is there anything else i am supposed to do?

Bruv...that's an automated response that closes that ticket.

Mine is worse cos I had double PH.the second one was matched and I had to pay so not to lose the pending fake POP case.

As it is I can't get anything and the second one is available for withdrawal.

Worst thing is I even tried to GH the new one while the solve the first case but that amount of the first one is again been deducted from the amount available to be withdrawn.

They just doing my head in with all this insensitivity.

That is the worst experience you can have on the platform. I am currently also in same situation and looks like no one give a F***.No response from CRO/Support.

If anyone uploads fake POP,just plead with the person to pay you or even agree to installmental payments which you will then confirm after he's completed.

The guy that uploaded the fake gave that option after like the 4th day,if I knew this is who support handles this, I would have simply agreed to it. At least were still communicating.with support / CRO, you just don't know when / what happens next.

That's over 200k hanging in there.

Sorry this makes no sense to me..what if your phone was dead as at time of GH or network is shitty as usual.it should be made to work like an OTP that works until you enter the code,you can't GH and not moratorium after 10mins.

Support /CRO will leave you hanging for ages again trying to sort this out.someone uploaded a fake POP and 5 days now after reporting and uploading statement , no one cares to say a word from support.

Fake POP is the biggest issue on MMM.if tackled promptly,it will reduce effects of other fraudulent activities on the platform.

I noticed exactly what he said and that's even why I checked nairaland to see if anyone noticed. Although am not writing them off or anything. It's a matter of choice.

I am a slight heavy data user and normally I use the 1400 for 3072mb for 8-10 days averagely.But I switched to the 2k for 6144mb 5days ago and balance is already 3033mb today.Meanwhile same week, I got my office's password for WiFi on my phone meaning I had to use less mobile data cos am on WiFi most times at work.

So the guy might be experiencing it for real.Only Glo can tell why some people can use theirs to watch YouTube / stream and co and still have plenty left.
