Also, Abeokuta which is a place presently in Sw is indisputably Igbo word.
Abeokuta simply means 'ebe okute,ie, place of stone. I'm very much aware that the Yorubas have a similar word for translated to stone. Ask yourself this: why such similarity? Does it mean the Igbos in far away east adopted that word in their language from the Yorubas from antiquity?

You also have to take into account the story of Moremi of Yoruba history.
Who were the people Moremi manipulated?
There's another thing: If you objectively and carefully observe the physical appearance of the present day Yorubas, you'd see a very marked inconsistence in their physical characteristics.
Certain Yorubas from certain parts of Sw have more closer resemblance with the Igbos than the normal 'Yoruba characteristics'.
What does 'Ile ife' mean in Yoruba language?

All they talk about is how they can't settle down with a man that earns nothing less than 200k per month even though they themselves have not paid back the N50 they borrowed from MTN for the past three month.

Many a times, you see them artificially dressed from head to toe, always on designer shoes, bags, heavy make-up, massive bosoms and butts and they begin to walk like when Jesus rode on a donkey.

It has been observed that some guys shamelessly lust after these dumb, greedy yet unproductive ladies who only enjoy the comfort of what their pockets will bring to them.

Of recent, guys are now becoming wiser that they have come to realise that getting entangled with a lady who is lazy yet financially bankrupt is a big disaster to their ministry.

Church girls are not in any way different as some of them are mere pretenders, repackaged olosho who disguise as angels of light to deceive a brother in the church.

It's high time guys opened their eyes and realize that the height they will attain in life largely depends on the kind of ladies they choose as companions. If you find yourself dating a lady who can't do without talking about elaborate wedding, how stunning she wants to look and how she wants the jaw of people to break each time she walk, then you should know that your salary will definitely be responsible for that.

Take for example, when you get married to an unsatisfied and unrepentant slay queen, how long will you constantly cater for her personal needs which ordinarily would gulp up your whole salary?. Using your salary or little earnings to make her happy when your mates are already buying lands and building houses when you're still at one spot?

Let's take a look at it from another angle. Imagine a situation where your monthly income is 80k per month. The cost of accommodation may gulp up to 7k on monthly basis depending on the location. Feeding, electricity bill, transport and miscellaneous may gulp to 30k leaving you with only 47k per month. Imagine your parasitic girlfriend always disturbing every now and then for her hair, monthly data subscription and frivolities, why won't you remain on a spot? And if standards are not met, she would resort to extra marital affairs and rob it on your face.

From the above explanation, can you see why some guys have no savings even if their salaries are overwhelming? Meanwhile a wise guy who earns less but knows his way around these flashy and parasitic ladies would have something tangible to boast of as savings at the end of the month.

It's hightime we give ourselves brain. Don't go for stunning ladies because you want people to cheer you up each walking with her on the street but go for a career driven lady with great potentials.

And lastly, don't go for ladies with feminism ideology. They are nothing but waste of time. They are the worst kind of ladies you can ever date. All they need talking about is how they can't offer financial assistance to a man and how they want to be the boss of the relationship/marriage .

When talk about SW not doing well as proclaimed, people attack me and think I'm being tribalistic...no, I'm not. I know these people very well because I grew up in SW and speak fluent yorubaa. These people are worst than Northerners....take it from me and I'm not exaggerating. They hide under one Nigeria, using bogus statistics to deceive you they are doing well. Have you noticed that when government agencies' supported statistics are released, they are always behind? Because these are free from their propaganda. But ironically when private agencies release stats, mostly owned by yorubas agencies, they rate themselves high, deceiving you they are doing well.

I'm not surprised that Ekiti and Osun are last, an indication they are worst than northerners. The only reason Lagos is at the top is because it's occupied and built by non yorubaas. And also the only reason Ogun is there is because it's close to Lagos; kind of like how Asaba is close to Onitsha.
