Thanks.

You not only need to test both test , you must importantly have to study extremely hard and GET a high score. That is the only way to make up for a low GPA.

@borie4u et all. Even if Nigeria is facing her challenges today, that doesn't mean she won't still rise up again. I won't argue this subject matter with you, as everyone of us is entitled to his/her own opinion. But the fact still remains that, "No place like home".

Applying as an undergraduate would make it worse. Once you can explain to them why you choose to go to sch this time and you are convincing enough, you should be fine.
@aadeyi. Thanks baba. But i am still very much in my early 20s. Just finished an undergraduate program last year, presently on service, to finish September, but been denied before, twice last year

Your age among other things would determine if you can still go for undergraduate.

You have to tell the VO what you have been doing during the gaps I hope you get.
Noted. Thanks bro

Masters would be the best for you bro. Just take all the necessary test and throw in as many applications as u can.
But i have been denied before last year, won't they see it as desperation?

Hello house, please i need your advice.

I am a graduate of Industrial Chemistry. Twice last year i visited US embassy for visit visa, but was denied.
Now i want to go for study after my service.
I am contemplating if to go for a fresh undergraduate program in Chemical Engineering (which is closely related to my previous field) or go for a masters program in Chemistry.

Pls advice me! Thanks

Hello, please avail me list of Colleges in any province of Canada that can offer admission unconditionally (i.e without deposit fee or say with a deposit fee of $500-$1000). Thanks
TravelRe: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 9 by Governoryomi: 1:00am On May 28, 2016
Good morning house. i already applied for B1/B2 visa twice last year, June and October, but was denied. I have again now gotten an invitation in a first tier educational institution for a short program of 5days, of which i was advised to apply for visit visa as i-20 can't be issued to me as i do not need students F 1 visa, for such short program.
Now my question is this, any hope of getting it right this time around, even with this kind of situation. I know how it feels to have tried it twice and failed, though i have learnt from past failures, coupled with my exposures here. I now know better! Kindly add your advices and comments pls. Lagos or abuja? Which is better? I have been to both in my past failed attempts.

@pentinental. Bro, guess u are in Brandon. Pls, do they offer PGD programs? How long does their admission decision period takes after applying? Do they request for deposit after granting admission or they do so unconditionally? Thanks

penitential:
I have had such mail as well, what brandon school is asking you is the syllabus for all the course work you did in school. To use my own as an example, when I was asked to provide all those, I went to my school and I met with the H.O.D of my department(cos the hard copy of the syllabus is always with them) he told me that he can't find his copy that I should meet with the exam officer of my department. When I met with the exam officer, he advised me to go and download the syllabus online to avoid cost of scanning big documents. He only told the the syllabus that my school was using then that it's the UNESCO syllabus. So I went to Google and searched for " syllabus for civil engineering H.N.D AND N.D year in nigeria polytechnics. I downloaded the pdf format and I attached it with a mail and sent it to the school that requested for it. Also the requested that I should send the grading system of my school to them and I just told them that the grading system is written just under the transcript sheet of the transcripts sent to them, and that was what they used. They just want to know how far your school covered syllabus and compare it with their own syllabus to know the level you will fit into (guess you applied for a transfer program). If you're still confused, feel free to ask me anything.2
