my dear you shouldn't get annoyed the fact that you saw 'no listed vacancies' actually indicates a successful submission... that was what I got and I applied before the deadline. you can check earlier comments on this thread to that effect

i didn't fill the second and third degree and still my application was successful. initially I was having issues submitting despite the fact that I was using chrome browser on my phone till I went to the cafe and everything went on smoothly without any hitch..
