For d code press menu select system settings then select security setting then enter ur code or 0000 then d needed code will display. U will see it d number down

Raise your decoder up u will see d serial number under it. It starts with ur decoder model number i.e 4950

It's very possible unless something is wrong with your accessories. If you are sure your dish doesn’t have bends, and it's 1.8m. Then I suggest you get yourself eurostar lnbf just to make sure that problem is solved. Then if nothing happens, then change the plastic plate to glass plate and if nothing happens then you really have to adjust your dish as a final measure but I can see you do all that and still complain.
