BusinessRe: Making $1 Billion Dollars. The Real Life Story Of A Nigerian by grabdbull(op): 8:59pm On Feb 14, 2018
EARLY BUSINESS VENTURES

Well, it all started around 2002 when the young man, then a fresh student in the university spent countless hours trying to find which business he could do to keep him buoyant in school, ending up with a decision to re-sell web hosting and to a lesser degree, web design.

Actually, it started a lot earlier than that, when as a six year old boy, he used to catch colorful beetles, tie a rope round them, take to school and sell each for the princely sum of 50 Kobo. He then progressed to catching birds, and this was all in primary school. One key thing was that he never spent any substantial part of the money he made, and his piggy-bank was always filled to the brim with cash. Why he did those things, no one knew, because he did not lack any of the basics at that time, and if he did lack, it was not the place of a child to reason that way. All I can say is that he is another proof that some people are born entrepreneurs, and if he did not engage in those activities, he would remain restless until he got something going. Anyway, I digress as this paragraph is a story for another day.

The achievement including business structures and net-worth, was attained with no government patronage, no contracts, no white collar job, no illegality, no cheating, no godfather, no apprenticeship and not one job application was submitted.

For any reader who already has a job, they are in a better position than this young man ever was, because they have a salary from where they can build a little capital, no matter how small. If anyone thinks N5,000 is too small to start something, perhaps he doesn’t fully appreciate what infotech has done and is doing in the lives of many. At the end of this write-up such a person could decide to ride the train our entrepreneur is currently on.

This is a true story but since I am counting on him writing his memoirs himself for posterity, I will conceal a lot about his identity until he is all good and ready. While hiding his identity and those of his businesses, if I write only past happenings, some might doubt the authenticity. Writing about the future however, will help our readers follow his progress, partake in it if they so choose, and once success is established in this new venture, interested readers will get the opportunity to know about his next project after this with ample time to decide what to do with the information.

So how did this young man – let’s call him the “young sage” – get to the position where we get to follow him as he joins the billionaire’s club?

LET’S GET STARTED

We are all witnesses to how young Nigerians have found success through online businesses, however not many such stories are well documented for the purpose of inspiring the younger ones that “legit” success is possible and achievable online.

Most accounts on the activities of these resilient Nigerian entrepreneurs are rendered in retrospect.

In this article, I will be following the real life journey of such an entrepreneur, but I will be doing something totally different –

Not only will I look at his past, but I will give our readers an insight into his next big business step, which, all things being equal, will start to unravel in the next 3 days, specifically on the 16th of February 2018.

BusinessMaking $1 Billion Dollars. The Real Life Story Of A Nigerian by grabdbull(op):
This is the first time readers in Nigeria will get to follow the financial manoeuvres of a serial entrepreneur in real time with proof of success of his recent venture.

The aim of this article is to acknowledge what can be achieved with the right information, even from Nigeria, and to walk in the shoes of one of those taking the business risks.

We are also looking at the future-tense so that our analysis is not based on hind-sight since we all know that hind-sight is 20-20, while foresight is always rather blurry.

At least one reader will realize that this success story is not a history lesson, but clear and executable information already being implemented by those in the know. Such a reader will bookmark this page, so that if he can’t finish reading at once, he’ll come back to it later. After understanding the article, he will come with me into the engine room where he will get at least one piece of information on the next big thing happening soon.

It might be a long read, but readers who follow it to the end and might learn exactly what to do with that loose change they may have wasted on some random plates of pepper-soup.
I will update the post (it's very long) until we have the full gist on this thread.

For those who can't wait for me, you can get the full article. Pls if you find this interesting, kindly keep this thread alive by dropping a comment at least twice daily as I update it.

PoliticsRe: NNPC Says Fuel Queues Will Disappear By Weekend by grabdbull: 12:35pm On Dec 22, 2017
Another failure of this administration, leading to more suffering for Nigerians. To make it worse, this always happens weeks before Christmas, ensuring that many would exhaust on expensive black market fuel, the little cash they had set aside for the Yuletide.

While those with a little patience to queue without end at the filling station brood over the lost man-hours and loss of earnings, the realists will keep asking why structures cannot be put in place to forestall a repeat lack of performance on the part government as this scarcity has become a yearly occurrence, some might say a ritual.

I shudder to think what the conspiracy theorists have to say about this.

To make things work, you need to be consistent.

You have to look at things differently. Look at your investment portfolio as a key worker who needs to be paid regularly. If you stop paying it, it starts to wither and may possibly die.

Just like someone who loses his job and does not earn a salary for one year can die of depression because he can't meet his financial commitments.

As crowdfunding has worked in other countries, it can work in Nigeria. The yields are huge, and anyone can build a huge system for cash inflow from there.

You are actually creating wealth, creating new businesses, creating jobs, contributing to the economy, and as a result, securing your financial freedom one step at a time.

In changing your perspective, you need to stop making the same mistakes over and over again. Every year, there is a quick fix get-rich-quick program which Nigerians fall for hook, line and sinker.

Hundreds of thousands take a bite, but at the end of the day, only tens will get anything out of it. This minority will now flood the social media with pictures of cars, generators and laptops in order to convince new people to come in.

Unfortunately, the new line of fresh recruits soon dries up and everyone is left hanging with their money stuck in an irretrievable maze.

People lose money this way every year.

To avoid ever falling into this trap again, you need to think long-term. Only consistent savings, either in cash or inventory can make you rich. If you cannot save cash, think of inventory (goods or services)

One such safe haven investment has to be real estate. In Nigeria today, anyone can afford real estate because the entry fee has dropped to as little as N5000 monthly, yet earnings come in bulk when your space is rented out. It is not uncommon to earn up to N100,000 annually from such investment.
BusinessRe: 6 Steps Guaranteed To Help You Own A Property in 5 years by grabdbull(op): 7:42am On Dec 16, 2017
Nigerian workers who recognize a valuable opportunity when they see it will fill the form quickly because the early backers are the ones who are first approved to raise funds for hotel project campaigns of their own. This means apart from owning a piece of property, or a room in a property, they actually get to own their own hotel and oversee timeshare for others.

Do not hesitate to start; don’t be scared. You can explore this new terrain because:
You will not pay any money for the timeshare pre-order until the total number of backers needed is attained.
While you will give your input at every turn, you are not compelled to resign your job to take care of your own hotel project. The fundscheap community will do that for you if you so choose.

If your project is funded, you could begin to dream about owning a mega-business.

Check and see how agricultural projects are being given the attention they deserve.

So many projects!

In fact, you can start one if you choose. Anyone can start one.

Take a minute to answer this question honestly.

grabdbull:
I'll take excerpts from the webpage which seeks to help change the mindset.

"WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS TIME?"

This is the first question found on the site and harps on a common question asked by recruiters during an interview.

In this particular context, the idea is to call your mind to the fact that you have to plan today for what you hope to own in 5 years time because whatever you own today is based on a foundationundly true statement for a vast majority of the people.

BusinessRe: 6 Steps Guaranteed To Help You Own A Property in 5 years by grabdbull(op): 12:56pm On Dec 15, 2017
Step 1:
Go to any of the timeshare projects and fill the very short form at the bottom of the page to show that you are interested in backing that project.
If you cannot take out the time to carry out this first step, you may just be allowing a huge opportunity pass you by very quickly!

grabdbull:
With a crowd funding promoters of this campaign, a promoter can easily purchase this property for your benefit.

More interestingly, while we say your room can earn you N10,000 per night, if the promoters score this particular type of property, your room can actually go for N25,000 per night.

This means for one week, you earn N25,000 x 7days = N175,000.

NOT BAD FOR A N5000 MONTHLY PRE-ORDER.

With that said, we will just delve right into the step by step process which is guaranteed to make you a landlord using N5000 monthly only.

Looking forward to the commencement of the project.
Great! I'll take that to mean that like others you have filled the small form at the bottom of the page indicating interest in backing the project.

One key feature of the site is that they would not ask you for any payment until the stated minimum number of backers is achieved.

That way, you don't get your money tied down.

While a few Nigerians have benefited from crowdfunding sites based in other countries, most of the funds raised have been for charity. There are precious few Nigerian businesses which have been able to raise funds in such websites.

So what is the solution?

Well, there are crowdfunding sites in Nigeria which seek to service the Nigerian market. The best thing would be to get one which supports crowdfunding for business.
PropertiesRe: Crowdfunding In Nigeria. This Fundscheap Room Will Fetch You 100,000s In Rent. by grabdbull(op): 3:30pm On Dec 13, 2017
The first thing you need to do is to go for the low hanging fruits. In this case that would be getting timeshare in a room which will cost you very little, give you great returns, and endure for decades.

Below is a picture of a standard hotel in Nigeria. Ordinarily, the average worker can never dream of owning this or even owning a room in this edifice.
Crowdfunding in Nigeria has made it possible for the average worker to now own a piece of this property for a very little sum of N5,000 monthly.
So while N5,000 simply means a night out for some, or lunch for others, every smart and discerning Nigerian considers this as the easiest way to own a property in Nigeria today.

Business6 Steps Guaranteed To Help You Own A Property in 5 years by grabdbull(op):
This is a simple six step process, which if you follow, you will become a property owner in a very little time as shared on the fundscheap website.

What is more reassuring about it is that it will cost you just N5000 monthly.

Smart and discerning Nigerian workers are already keying in. Quickly key in and share with your friends whom you want to become landlords in a short while.

Don't be like the late adopters/laggards who in a few years time will look back and say " why did I not take that opportunity when I had the chance?"

These are the six steps as shared
Content:
Introduction
Step 1 – Back an existing timeshare project
Step 2 – Consistency
Step 3 – Updates
Step 4 – Choose your own property.
Step 5 – The big one. Own a legacy property in addition
Step 6 – Fulfilling all commitments
Is your money safe?

I'll break them down one after the other on this thread.

BusinessRe: How To Pay Yourself First At The End Of The Month using Fundscheap. by grabdbull(op): 11:28am On Dec 12, 2017
So how much will this cost you?

Well the cost is very little. You get to pre-pay in installments for several months;

yet you start earning huge before you finish the pre-payment;

Installments are as low as N5000 (N20,000) per month.

What is the total profit?...
CrimeRe: Women Attacked By Fulani Herdsmen In Ogun For Refusing To Be Raped (Photos) by grabdbull: 10:26am On Dec 12, 2017
The saddest part is that this government seems to maintain a form of measured aloofness as "Libyans" and "Chadians" storm every state in the federation killing people.

They now taunt Nigerians further by labeling the whole thing as "farmer/herdsmen clashes" which is a huge misnomer.

It can never be a clash because farmers don't go around looking for herdsmen to clash with so let's call it what it is - an INVASION. It is a clear invasion by foreign nationals (according to the government) in a bid to annex Nigerian land for the sole purpose of feeding their cattle.

No government in the world would allow anyone take its territory for the sake of foreigners, less so for the sake of cattle.

A government which places more premium on "foreign" cattle than its own citizens is a failure.

THIS GOVERNMENT PRESIDENT HAS FAILED!
