Plus I don't know when the person is starting so that Nigerian rate won't be waiting for anyone.. He or she might also get married in the process and have children... So that's just a figure being in the safe side.. The journey requires patience and money

My opinion

Please I would like to find out if I worked in a family business in the past, do I need to submit a letter of explanation, payment receipts/payslips to support my claim. I have letter of employment and I can only find evidence of two payments in my bank statement showing my salary in my last two months at the business.

I am asking because in 2011, I travelled to Qatar and was there for a year but during that period I traveled to America like two times so I am not certain if my stay stretched up to 6 months at once. But I eventually lost that passport and have since been using another one and in the new one I removed my dad’s name as it was included in my previous passport(my dad’s not my surname) and then added my native name

Size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.
Image size: at least 420 x 540 pixels.
We accept JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
File size: approximately 240 kB, no more than 4 MB.
Image must be in colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, the common output for most digital cameras.

Whats the best NOC for a NAFDAC regulatory officer? I thought it was 2263 but regulatory officer is in the Exclusion list so I'm kinda worried and stuck.

the job title isn't the issue. What exactly do you do... That's what you should check.... Google find your NOC and see if there is at least a 70% mstch. GOOdluck!

Did your friend stay in India for 6 months or more in the last 10 years? If yes, a PCC is compulsory, as I understand it. I don't think the application will progress without the PCC, explaining the "overstay" without a PCC wouldn't cut it, in my view. See what IRCC says below....perhaps get a lawyer and explore what must be done to get a PCC.

In very rare cases, we may accept both a letter of explanation and proof that shows you made your best effort to get a police certificate on time.

You can upload this in the country-specific police certificate field of your document checklist. Examples of proof: a confirmation receipt, a payment receipt, a delivery notice, a tracking number.

An officer will review your application. If they’re not satisfied that you made your best effort, your application may be rejected for being incomplete.

YEs. Over six months. They have said they won't issue due to the overstay

please i have a question about overstay. A friend's spouse overstayed his visa in india and she applied for Pr as spouse unaccompanied. She has contacted the india embassy in nigeria and they said they cannot issue a PCC because of the overstay. What can be done about this? Is there a way around this? Can she declare the overstay without the PCC? Or is it better not to declare it since she can't get the PCC to prove this?

Please does WES evaluate ICAN?

If not, what happens if someone converts from ICAN (chartered) to ACCA?

The issue is that the person has exemptions in the ACCA foundation papers but has not completed skills.

How will WES evaluate the papers or should the person wait until he/she is done with the skills papers?

Or just write the foundation papers for the purpose of Canada PR
