Obi1conte: My sister in law evaluated her LL.B with WES and it came out as a canadian bachelors degree equivalent. She ended up loosing about 7pts in her CRS as against what she had projected in the calculator with "a professional degree to practice" WES is a no no for LLBs IMO |

gorgebaby: Hi gracelevel,
You can access ONLY your LL.B for express entry, but you might want to use IQAS as they explicitly state the equivalence of the degree to professional degree. You can then claim points for Masters/Professional degree (note that the points for this are higher than for 1/2 or more certificates). The wordings of WES' evaluation differs and therein lies the controversy.
Regards. Clarification highly appreciated.many thanks |

PS. Gracelevel This is not legal advise neither is it intended to be relied upon. Kindly make your decisions based on the uniqueness of your application and do well to check the instructions on CIC website.[/quote]Hnnm thanks. Will just have to wait for the long LLB IQAS evaluation as prof.degree then |

gorgebaby: The answer to your concern lies in whether or not you evaluated your LL.B. If you did, that would be sufficient to claim the Masters/Professional degree. As a matter of fact, a number of lawyers (present company included) did not evaluate the B.L from law school. So if your LL.B was evaluated, you are still good to claim the Masters/Professional degree. B.L is a 'jara' that is not necessary for Express Entry. All the best. wanted to access only my LLB before but please are you saying if one access BL and LLB it will give professional degree as well as 1 or more certificates? I need this jara ooo; as many points as possible |

Just reference from the positions you are claiming points for. please can one leave gaps...must there be a consistency from graduation year? can one ignore past years/experiences & just fill in the JD to be used for points? |

I think it's now 50% from Dec 1st Aig84: You can use your pension fund but only 25% of the total sum as that is what will be available to you at once after retirement or four months out of work.
Only 25% of your pension fund can be used sir. |

Many thanks for the response uchenna2017: Dear Insurance agent is only open to Tasmania state and you need to show evidence of employment which is a major issue , I will advise you do the nomination your self. but if you feel hubby should be the main applicant he should assess as an Adjuster which is fair and it's still open for

Hi Uchenna2017...you have the same nominated skill as I do...please can you make out time to help me? please reply so I can type my email here. Many thanks madam uchenna2017: Good morning Wellendowed ,
Please I need information on Queensland regional area to move to. I just submitted my 489 visa application so I need to start looking for area that my family can settle in easily and get a job.
Any job is not bad as hubby is already looking at getting white card for forklift once we relocate or any other
We are looking at sunshine coast and Toowoomba I heard toowoomba has more job than SC, I also read about cairn but I got mixed fillings about google right up.
Can you and ideamaster be kind enough to brief more about Queensland regional area and what we should know before moving.
Before I forget I assessed as insurance agent but not going to practice with a lot of customer service experience and hubby is a sales coordinator.
Anything to start life is what we need.
