well said my brother. Sometimes I wonder what our problems are as a nation. If you can't develop your region with massive allocation coming to you from the Federal government, I doubt if any meaningful development can take place in the ND if given all resources in the whole world. The extra little given as derivation fund above other states has not achieved any benefits known to man. CORRUPTION & ELITE are our problems.
