Who is interested in submitting CV's manually? This online application process is so so competitive. Let's try going from one company to another and I am very sure we can meet someone who will be our "connection" since getting a good job in this country is based on connection. I got my previous job with a bank when my friend and i visited their head office to submit our CV, their vacancy wasn't even advertised online...we just went to drop our CV's at various companies situated at Lagos island that faithful day , on getting to this bank, we met a staff who had mercy on us. He collected our CV's and ensured he followed up till the end. Unfortunately my friend didn't pass the test.

We can try, you may never know who you'll meet.

It makes sense though..which company would travel to a place twice. Waste of cash. Even in movies if you're in a location you shoot all scenes related to that specific location.

These people have other work to do y'all. The gmt might be everything to you but it's just another task on a checklist for the recruiters. They take it seriously but they won't waste money going back to Nigeria.

Companies only send regret mails once they have hired to make it in batch or just in case one drops out or dies.

Anyway....if you want to believe that the will come back to Nigeria...go ahead...it's YOUR sanity after all.

Games consist of groups of gmt potentials which everyone having senior management roles and decisions have to be made.

Glassdoor has some great reviews. Just type in gmt.

You sound so pained!!! I wonder why. It's funny you think FUNDS is actually the problem here but guess what, that's the LEAST of their concern dear.

64 candidates attended the business games but I'm sure you're aware there's a possibility no one will be chosen as long as they do not meet their requirements. My point is , they aren't considering the amount spent to host 64 candidates in such a luxurious hotel

so apparently, the worlds leading brewing company ain't penurious.

Talking about their return to Nigeria or not, last I checked, it goes from sept-oct-nov and not sept-nov AND until October comes and goes, we won't "draw the line ".. We all pray Oct meets us in good health and PERFECT SANITY.

From Me To You - Please stop getting worried on our behalf, it's our business games not yours. You SHOULD channel your energy into preparing and praying to be qualified for the next stage as chances are quite slim rather than telling grown ups what to do THEIR TIME, we're not infants!! No one is so dumb to sit doing absolutely nothing but waiting , we all had daily activities before AB-inbev surfaced, helloooooo. It's disgusting to see most of y'all trying SO hard to convince us that there wouldn't be another BG when NONE is even at the finish line yet.

I still don't understand why MOST of those who attended the BG are wishing and hoping from the bottom of their hearts that there wouldn't be another ,please will your successes be affected??

Kindly concentrate on what concerns you while we concentrate on what concerns US because frankly speaking, "another" business game is totally not your business ..like enough of the research from glassdoor and bla bla bla.

Relax, the company's HR team are currently in Nigeria busy with the ongoing business game and they will move to Ghana on 1st September to conduct their own business game so you see, they are busy and cannot send any mail to anyone at the moment.
They will finish from Ghana on 3rd September so after that they will continue with your application in preparation of the next business game coming up September ending or early October.

1. Did you try to complete the interview on two different devices? That was the first mistake I was making. Just stick to one device.

2. If you are using the mobile app; Note that responses to each questions are not uploaded after each question. On the mobile app, what it does is to save your reply to each question; then at the end of the video interview, all 10 responses will be uploaded together. You will need WIFI ONLY to upload the responses. Your mobile data can only help you answer and save the responses, but only wifi can upload the videos. Note that your wifi must be fast unless it might take forever!

3. If u are using a laptop; note that the responses to each questions are uploaded immediately before u proceed to the next question. Also you will need a fast and stable connection so it doesn't get annoying and frustrating.

In a nutshell, while using mobile device works more like batch processing, using a laptop works more like a real time processing.

Personally, I would suggest a laptop be used. My preference though
