What is the custom situation like at the border?

Goods that are legally allowed to leave or be exported by Nigeria, and allowed by legally to on the Benin side?

How feasible & smooth is it generally speaking to export goods to this our neighbouring country?

If NYSC allowance increases to 70k, it will be a big disgrace to employees like private school teachers and those who work in one-man businesses. Just imagine a youth corp member earning 70k while you earn 30k or 40k. There is no dignity in poverty.

Private schools still pay 30, 40k as salaries?

I noticed these things from something after the 'Post-covid' era.. COVID was still on, but people had generally cool down with it then, especially in these parts.
I feel it should be available somewhere online in Public, but no where is it being talked about, so I continue to do so, almost entirely on my own. It just needs to her journaled and chronicled somewhere..


To the matter at hand, There seems to be a new one, a new flu infection around, a new airborne disease or strain. Of the COVID family/variant most likely.

I believe your passport is ready. Mine was also showing pending production but I went to pick it up on my collection date. I discovered the passport was produced on April 10 but picked it up on June 5.

It's like you don't need it yet. I'll rather just go to the immigration office myself, sort out an immigration officer and get my passport pronto. Online stuff rarely work on time in Nigeria

There is reason for asking, obviously I very much need it.
I'm far away and can't just spend high amount of TP and time, if I'm not fairly sure this is a pattern (which is highly plausible) within the NIS passport centres.

What is usually the average time from "production pending", to the last point of "passport issued"?

When all the links, chains, connections & necessary process(es) are established, it's quite a smooth, profitable line of hustle.

The tracking page can still be showing "passport pending production", i.e passport not yet issued, whereas the passport is already ready... right?

Did you experienced this?
Please I want to know if you (or someone you know) went and collected your passport that's ready, but on the tracking page, final stage of Issuance is still loading/pending.

I thought exactly along this lines too...
That it could be quite any of these things. A monkey has walked up the fence one time too.
But Cat is no. 1 on the list of suspect. Followed by large rats.

I live close to a small swampy forest. Someone close by next compound I think rears Cats
