You went to School in the 70s 80s?

There are no lessons or anything!
It's nothing deep... at all.

A country literally had to fall To fall to it's knees before they protested... Even waiting till a certain future date, "August 1".
Rubbish.
Extremely hungry people.
Something of a Protest happened some months back too abi, late last year or so. mostly in SW States. That fizzled out too.

GeneralPula:
Well, I’m currently running a 2 beds. Let me itemize as I run ham:
Block; 2,700 was used. I bought a block 450. 450x2,700=1,215,000.
Cement: 40 Bags was budgeted till plastering level. Bought a bag 7,900. 40x7,900=316,000

The rest things you’ll need are not that cost. The koko be Block & cement. Workmanship go depend on whos wanting to work for you and how good you’re when it comes to negotiating..

Spent like 2.4 & I’ve bought almost everything needed - kitchen’s , bathrooms etc. If you want, I can further update you how much in total I cough out when it’s all done..

Plastering nah hin remain..

Okay, thank you for your quite detailed Response.

I'm guessing this cost you put down includes Sands too right? The different Sands used so far...

But this is what I want to ask, does this include Windows and doors, fittings, etc.
Land Owner's settlement too?
you have spent 2.4M,
What percentage of the work has been done, and to what extent will the materials on ground carry it to?
Up to 60%? 50%, 70%?

Anguldi:
My neighbors wife looks tired everyday

And why is your neighbours wife tired everyday?
The wife specifically... why?

Anguldi:
Lagos is not Nigeria

oOoOO

It should be "NIGERIA is not LAGOS"...
That would be the correct way to write that.

Average cost to finish a decent 2 bedroom?
Or 3 bed to habitable level, 1 room not finished..

TOKUNBOGOODIES:
Depends on transaction record

Okay. Still, are they fair in their offers?
Credit limits and all?
Fairly good or decent enough offer even for accounts/companies with lower transaction record?

TOKUNBOGOODIES:
Loan and positive perception about your Business

Personal view as a GTBANK BIZ ACCT user

What amount loan have you gotten? How much nd how smooth?
Is it dependent on your transactions credit/debit/balance, or it's just a generally, truly intrinsic benefit?

GreyWolf01:
The most likely outcome / benefit is access to a wider range of loan facilities.

Have you gotten any loans so far? Or sure open offers for loan & Credit?
Up to how much?

Specifically via GTB...

Zonefree:
What if he has no company, isn't that misrepresentation?

I have one.

GreyWolf01:
You don't know the road to your bank?

What exactly do you think customer care is for? Or the data on your phone?

You don't know the banks website?

Stop acting like children.

I have one. I've been using it for a while now, That's why I'm asking.

After using one for a while, I'm thinking, "what could be the advantages of this higher charges account?"
Went through the online Banking extensively, I saw none.
Do you get the clearer picture now?

MarketDispatch:
Which would you rather transact corporately with?

Mohammed Adekunle Emeka
Or
Mohammed Adekunle Emeka and Company
Limited

Okay. Not that, I understand for business, corporate situations and all.
I
I'm talking of any intrinsic benefits in itself, from it being a "higher" account type and all... what benefits?
I was going through the Online web portal now, and even though it has an extensive list of many things and features there, I don't think I saw any per say.
Even Loans, I didn't see

What advantages exactly?
For those of you that have been using it.

I felt there may be some, or atleast one... after going through its Long list of features on the online web portal, I saw none.

hurryup123:

Please feedback from those in the business...

Goods across different industries & Sectors e.g Electronics, machines, Foodstuffs & agricultural products etc..

What is the custom situation like at the border?

Goods that are legally allowed to leave or be exported by Nigeria, and allowed by legally to on the Benin side?

How feasible & smooth is it generally speaking to export goods to this our neighbouring country?

WikeTheDrunk:
If NYSC allowance increases to 70k, it will be a big disgrace to employees like private school teachers and those who work in one-man businesses. Just imagine a youth corp member earning 70k while you earn 30k or 40k. There is no dignity in poverty.

Private schools still pay 30, 40k as salaries?
Monthly salaries? At these times?
This was the same rate they paid some 10 years ago..

Searching...

Okay...
A brand new one it seems.

Okay.
If you have any sure paying update, please share... legal updates

Oblitz:
The new one is very serious. Everybody i know has some form of flu and sorethroat

Refer to this new thread >> https://www.nairaland.com/8157723/continuation-public-health-posts-another
That's where the new one is being discussed.
As at this time

Oblitz:
Yeah.

That was February 12. The wave that went on then.
The one I'm talking of is a new one, I think... a new wave.
Or Maybe it's connected to that same old wave.

What you must note is that it actually kills people. Hence why these posts are something, not just anything, or nothing
It actually Kills people, healthy people.

A few that died that I know from far, I strongly suspect that this was a factor or atleast one of the factors in the death... strongly strongly suspect so.

This is continuing the pattern...
Last thread here 👉🏽 https://www.nairaland.com/7998029/back-health-posts-it-seems

I noticed these things from something after the 'Post-covid' era.. COVID was still on, but people had generally cool down with it then, especially in these parts.
I feel it should be available somewhere online in Public, but no where is it being talked about, so I continue to do so, almost entirely on my own. It just needs to her journaled and chronicled somewhere..

To the matter at hand, There seems to be a new one, a new flu infection around, a new airborne disease or strain. Of the COVID family/variant most likely.
Will come back to add more, hopefully...
Note down some more things, but at least I open the thread down and note this down

What is the average time from Production to issued?
On average, what's usually the time?
