yes, it's possible to trigger it. I will advise you go to a teaching hospital and do HIV test tell them you want to do PCR own( this will help you know if you are actually positive) because the normal test cant detect hiv of weeks or month. But PCR will detect at least 10days but the results takes like 3-5 days to be out.
