Amin23 so since after the call they didn't send u medical invite. BY Gods grace you will be in the second batch.

My forecast

If they contacted the first batch by January 15th.

And 3months later they finished processing their medicals, documentation and visa for travel.

They will likely start calling or sending medical test from 15th of April for the next batch.

The above is likely possible If the 2nd batch will leave by 3months from 20th of last month march as was said by the Human capital development manager during the departure of the first batch at airport interview.

a friend just told me now that the HRM told them that August Hopefuls are on standby for June and that there is another third batch also. so the wait continues

I will urge and plead with those that got the medical text invite to get first hand information from The Dangote HR team regarding the remaining applicants that didn't get the text message starting from tomorrow monday, if some will still get there's and when.
please let's do this as a sacrifice as it will either restore the hopes of some or redirect their life pursuits instead of waiting endlessly. Thanks

eazichris did you do the psychometric Test, when where you invited for the second interview and what is your course of study and years of experience

Hello people I know @Bukkyche very well he is a friend and he has just confirmed to me that he was interviewed again last week that's another strictly technical interview after the psychometric Test and he applied for only the August batch Executive Trainee Programme and he said that they where ten of them that were invited and not all of the. were chemical engineers, some were petroleum, geology, and statistics that's the latest state of things . some one has gotten an employment offer letter ✉, is either they are giving it out in batches of ten or they selected 10 people from a pool of 1000 or more. God is faithful

I only wanted to check if you a party to that, thank you for proving me wrong making it very serious. well I will want to ask you @Bukkyche if you applied for any other position outside the Executive Trainee Programme. But if @Bukkyche is for real then the number called for the Interview after the psychometric Test must be either very few or not on Nairaland.com or @Bukkyche has been called for another Job position or he is not being real with us. My Question when did this interview after psychometric Test hold and why was it made so discrete that no body but only @Bukkyche heard about it, I smell something fishy guys

personality tests are not used to fill gaps in organisations o @pomzy it's MOST always used as a mandatory stage to understand the characteristics and individual traits of would be employees, and I believe the Dangote team all passed through same personality test we went through last week.
