It's not Konami,it's from your end.
This happens when your PC is overheating or your GPU is over worked or over burdened or not enough ventilation. Your Processor will shut down your Pc to prevent damage to any parts.
If your PC shuts down during gaming,you loose your game data. If this happens frequently,the best way to resolve is to save your PES game data in another place on your PC.
Go to document / Konami / Pro evolution soccer.
Copy the Pro evolution soccer folder and place in another place anywhere on your PC.
At least once a week, depending on how often you play, always copy the default folder @ document/ Konami/ Pro evolution soccer,and paste it in the new location you chose earlier (Replace).
Whenever you loose your game data,go to your back up folder,copy it,then go to default folder and use it to replace the corrupted game data.

No it's not, everything is average or below except the SSD. What do you want to use 250gb size to do in 2024? Too small. Corei5, 8gb ram, 7th gen,you can upgrade to windows 11 or install it normally ( Windows 11 can be installed on any PC using back door though).
Like I said everything is average or below,it's too expensive for its spec.
To everyone who will come across this,in 2024, sizes of files are bigger,you need good storage space, quality of videos are better,you need dedicated graphics and 12gb or more Ram.
Even if you're going for a PC that comes with lower spec,don't pay more for what it's worth. Most Nairaland PC sellers are thieves,that's why they still have laptops they tried to sell 10 to 15 years ago with them. And they keep adjusting the prices because of "dollars".

How is that your major concern? And what problem would that solve in your life,or how would the answer guarantee your eternity? What God expects from you and every man is to repent from your sins and accept Jesus as your lord and saviour.

Ms word is part of Ms Office suit which includes other programmes like Excel and PowerPoint etc. So what you need is Ms office.
Depending on your PC specs,you can install any of these versions Office 2013, 16 or 19. You can get any of these in 4 ways.
1. Download any version you want from Microsoft Official website.It will be unregistered so you need to buy license,its expensive
2. Download any cracked version you want online from unofficial sources. This will come registered or with activator
3. Buy a Ms Office CD online and install. It's expensive.
4. Buy a cracked version Ms Office CD at Ikeja and install. It will come registered or with activator. It's cheap.
Lastly you can also get someone who has already downloaded to help you install and activate.

Just be careful before buying stolen phones. Or else you will learn the hard way inside prison.

I had protected Bleep with a girl. No kissing, but we made out.

The mouth ulcers and blisters are specifically symptoms of herpes not hiv. It's best to do a test and be at rest.
HIV can only be gotten through blood transfusion,the blood of a hiv carrier will have to get into your blood stream for you to be infected. This is why it's not that easy to contact hiv even if you sleep with an infected person without protection.

Bad RAM could cause it too though,but since the issue occurred because you put of your PC during update, it's likely corrupted windows file as a result of failed update

So when my system updated its software and was restarting, because of the delay I held down the power button and it didn't come on after that. It just turns on the caps lock light and the charging light keeps blinking yellow and white light

Now I took it to an engineer who said it was a hardware problem, he worked on it and it came on but upon taking it home and updating software then restarting, it returned back to same state it was

How do I get about this please. This laptop isn't up to a year

It was never a hardware problem but a software problem,which usually doesn't require money but time to perform certain trouble shooting tips.
After any windows update, windows will inform you through notification that you need to restart your PC,this is to complete the update and make the updates to certain software not to affect it while in use.
Now you can decide to update immediately or wait till when you're not busy with the PC.
During restart, you will see a screen with " windows update finishing,do not put off your PC"
If your PC goes off during this times,your windows files will be corrupted and windows won't start again, unless you use the feature " repair your PC" which is not likely to work,or you reinstall windows.

Sorry to ask,what could be on the flashdrive that can't be sent using the internet? If they're office or work documents or other files,can't you put it all in a folder, compress it into a single file with winrar or 7zip, upload it to your Google drive,send a link to the person to download.
As I heard there's faster and cheaper internet access over there so it will be easy. This will safe you money.

The HDD size is okay,4gb ram is also okay for basic usage. Get where you can format and reinstall windows,so as to remove anything slowing your PC. Could have done it for you but I'm in Lagos.

What is the Hard drive size of your laptop,and where's your location?

First what is your laptop spec,that is Model,CPU,RAM and HDD size?
To check go to My PC> right click on empty space > Properties
My suggestions
1. If it happens when using other applications too then, Your laptop is low spec,( RAM especially),but you have certain software installed that are consuming your CPU on the background.
Tip 1: Uninstall any software you're not using again or regularly.
Tip 2: Disable Start Up programs ( Software that start automatically when you put on your PC,and consume RAM and processor on the background)
Go to taskbar> task manager> start up programs> disable Non Microsoft programmes.

2. If it happens only when using MS Office,then the problem is with office.
It's either you install a office version that is higher than your PC spec or some Office installation files are corrupt or your Office is not activated.
Tip3: Check the version of Office installed on your PC,and Google it's requirements. If your PC doesn't meet it, uninstall it and install a lower version that your PC meets it's requirements.
Tip 4: the Office version is compatible with your Pc, maybe something is wrong with the installation files, uninstall Office and reinstall it.
Check the top of the office windows and see if it says " Office not activated", if you see that,you need to activate office or it won't work properly.
