Thanks for the advise. Can I have your mobile number so we can talk?

tripleace:
I will give you this advice and I hope you take it, Agribusiness in Nigeria is not as it use to be and almost all sectors in agriculture now do not have it working for them like before. By this I mean 1+1=2 is not the case again.
I will not advice against any or tell you not to go into it but get your facts and figures right. Do not depend on feasibility as a guide, see things onsite for yourself. Using the information you have go back to the drawing board with your fact and figures, see if it correlates and get the market for you produce before going into production.
Before I forget, if you plan to do agriculture as a beginner without you being 100% present. DO NOT BOTHER GOING INTO IT IN THE FIRST CASE.
Would have love to explain more but I don't really like typing to communicate(it doesn't allow me to be detailed)
God Bless You.

Where are the experts in the house.

greenmind:
Dear all, I have come to understand that agriculture has the capacity to yield better profit compared to Real Estate. Therefore I would like to go into Crop Production but I don't know which one to go for.

Please I need Expert Advice on this, based on the following factors:

1. I have N1million start up capital

2. I'm considering crop that can yield in less than 5months
a) with High Profitability
b) with Low Risk

I'll appreciate all your candid advice.

Investment / Re: Let Me Trade For You (Capital-Back Guaranteed Should There Be A Loss) by greenmind(m): 8:57am On Apr 11, 2016
This is his response to why he lost my $1,000 account:

"...I'm really short of words now. I actually handed some accounts including yours to my personal assistance because of a busy schedule I had. But came came back to find out that he has made huge losses which is unlike him...."

So I asked what would happen to my fund, he said:
"I will try and see how I can make a refund"; Just give me some time; Working on it.

How he's gonna make a refund is what I don't know.

tafrica:
green mind, please what has been the excuse of realtrader007 for not refunding you?

He boasts of no loss and promises refund in the case of loss.

Hello Mr Boye - realtrader007,

This is Michael. I am really surprised you could still continue to make same claim on this thread after what you have done to my account twice.

The following are my opinions about you, if not true, then prove me wrong.

1. You are one of the so-called account managers who promise heaven and earth and blows up people's account.

2. You have been making losses and never a professional because of your HIGHLY UNPROFITABLE TRADING STRATEGIES.

3. There have been lots of LOSSES and you never returned any CAPITAL

Until you are able to prove me wrong. I Insist you stop giving people same fake impression here.

Until Boye is able to prove me wrong. Nobody should deal with him and if he's already managing an account for you and you are lucky to still be in profit by now, kindly withdraw all your money and disengage him.

realtrader007:

N.B. I'm aware that some people have had their accounts
blown up by so-called account managers who promise
heaven and earth. Don't give up! Trust me, your account
is in safe hands so long I'm the one managing it for you.
And the good part is: I offer a "CAPITAL-BACK
GUARANTEE", meaning I would refund your capital should
there be a loss; But, I haven't experienced losses after
going professional because of my highly profitable trading
strategies.

Agriculture / Re: Gud Investment For Farmers And Investors by greenmind(m): 8:12am On Mar 09, 2016
1) Is it only profit that will be transferred to your account or both investment + profit?

2) Would one need to keep reinvesting if investment+profit is what they will pay OR is it a one time investment that keeps sending 50% profit to your account?

3) Do they have a website, if yes, can share with us?

olamideojo:
This is my January profit dat was transferred to my account from the company.

Same here too. I have been trying to send money via internet transfer but it kept saying NAME ENQUIRY FAILED. Sometimes it says SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE. I have been experiencing this since Friday till now Monday 3:10pm
joefredd006:
Since about 2:35 pm on Friday, Firstbank plc network for transfer and ATM withdrawal has been off air. Leaving people stranded at Atm points and Mall POS terminals. Not even money transfer or airtime purchase has been made possible since then. I also have friends and business partners that have confirmed this situation in different states like Oyo, Kwara, Abuja, and Kogi.

Now i want to ask fellow Nairalanders if they've experienced such in their state of residence. Tell me when last you used your Firstbank ATM card, and whether you were able to make a withdrawal or pay.

Quick answers will be appreciated because i can't waste my fuel to the bank again (spent the environmental day there) , this sun no be sere sere o

How huge is the transaction you initiated with her? Because I'm planning transacting with her and I'm skeptical too. If she has been delivering on huge transaction, then my skepticism may be cured. You know some folks may be faithful in their delivery as long as they are small volume but once it involves huge amount, you start hearing all sort of stories. So can you, anyone, or SGCSolutions herself tell us the 'hugest' transaction she is ever initiated with proof(s)
demosoft:
Anxious about dealing with her to transfer such a sum of money as I did but decided to go ahead after much research and considering other offers i got. but the service I got was rapid, secure, and now would certainly use again in future.

The idea of not putting all your eggs in one basket doesn't apply in agribusiness. especially for someone who is starting new, commercially.

Oga Lesgupnigeria continue jare. I dey follow you.
...the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit...neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Many are unaware of the supernatural realms, yet that doesn't avert their impacts on their lives.
Lesgupnigeria:
A story was told of my father some years back how he lost money in his corn farm business;infact he was unable to harvest a corn on his farm.It happens during one of the era of a military government where farmland were forcefully acquired from the villagers and reassign to some of the them to made use of for large scale farming.
He was able to access over 100 acres of those land.Initially, the villagers complained bitterly and above him to stay clear of their farmlands. After much diplomatic meetings to strike a deal with the villagers, they would not bulge telling them their source of livelihood is at stake.

Have you seen or heard about people using diabolical means to hold rain in a particular area even during the rainy season?
The villagers held the rain and there was no rainfall for that season in that location. All the corn grown could not be harvested because it did not bring out corn. The all abandoned the project. Most of the locals sees you as a threat to their source of livelihood.

Another incidence happen in Igbeti,Oyo state where a rice farmer lost nearly 50% of his harvest because there was a delay in his harvest. The new Combined harvester bought could not work; Not until the village head who sees the harvester as a means to displace them were summoned and appeased before the new harvester came back to life.
If you are a practising farmer regularly on the field, you will understand better.
If the truth be told, these are some of the spiritual challenges not being talked about but exist and can only be overcome by being spiritually upright as well.
Being spiritual and prayerful is the key here.
Whether you are a Muslim or a Christian, you will need tons of it to succeed in the business. There are spiritual forces that are above you that you need to subdue before you can near successful agribusiness.Believe it or not,it existed and the earlier you recognised it,the better.
The richest man in Africa was interviewed one time by a popular Magazine where he said he just finished 7 days fasting and need to break with melon juice. He once had people on his payroll praying for him 24/7,you can't build such a massive business with your natural strenght;there are forces to subdue spiritually before you can do such.
This is not to say spirituality should take the place of hardworking and experience, they are to work hand in hand.
Remember, heavens help those who help themselves,Hardworking can't take the place of prayers and vice versa.
This Godfactor is the spiritual side of every success in agribusiness and you should also imbibe it as well.

Stay tuned for more.
