I don't really understand what they tend to achieve with the media silence. A retired airforce pilot was on Arise TV the other day saying the NAF jet crashed on the last day of a 6 days operation and we didn't even hear anything up until the jet was shot down.

They need to understand the fact that showing strength and actions of the military serves as a huge deterrence to several groups that are aspiring to be like BH.

Yes sir, the media silence is what is mostly contributing to some quarters claiming the military is not doing anything, imagine what headlines like "gallant Nigerian female soldiers repelled bandits attack killing 16 and suffer 0 casualty" will do to there moral and increase our SELF-ESTEEM
