After watching that video, it is safe to say that Owerri is the worst state capital in Nigeria. No planning, no good roads, no sanitation, etc, just okada floating everywhere. Such a choked town with tiny roads and poor planning. Uzodinma has a lot to do, no wonder imolites are running to Anambra cities of Onitsha and Awka for greener pasture.
