I'm a software developer with a combined work experience of 4 years (not just software). I have BSC, no Masters. I just clocked 30,hence I've been wondering if I I've got a shot at this.

Are there special considerations/pathways for people in tech that'll improve my chances? Any tech people here who have emigrated recently who were in my shoes? Please put me through.
