Please I'd like to know a user's experience with this vehicle? What are the pros and cons? What's its fuel efficiency? Does it have a known issue one should look out for?

What type of car did you get on that salary. Let's say you bought a car for 150k, you should be happy the car is only consuming fuel, not other things as well.

I really hate for the mob spirit to take over, but seeing how unmoved you are by people's feelings and even asking what you are quashing, I'll speak as an aggrieved buyer. Why didn't you state it plainly that the sizes you have are most likely inaccurate? I ordered for my size only to find something bigger. On said day I was rushing to get to the airport when I was told that my package had arrived. Just one leg in one shoe and I could see it wasn't my size. I assumed, wrongly, that I got my shoe size wrong coz maybe by some magic, my feet had started shrinking.

I hurriedly added it to my luggage and flew in to Lagos. Of course you picked up when I called to inform you that I had received the package but it wasn't my size; I asked if I could have it changed as I brought it with me... you said no problem. After that call, you stopped picking my calls or replying my messages. No communication further. I personally don't like online squabbles so I never labeled you a scammer coz you delivered and I thought I got my shoe size wrong. Imagine my shock when the guy that dragged you here said you told him that your shoe sizes are not accurate. Do you see how insensitive that is and how the buyer will feel regarding that?

Your legitimacy is not in question. Your transparency is! You should add to your adverts that the shoe sizes may not be accurate, or at the very least, ask people to send a picture of the length of their foot so you can deliver based on that. If you cared more about the buyers, a lot of all this back and forth would have been avoided. Maybe you should take a class in customer service (check youtube or udemy)

in this life, just have good customer service. People will forgive you for things beyond your control. Many businesses thrive more than others offering similar service just because they have a good customer relationship. The thriving company may even offer less quality but the customers remain loyal.

Some days ago I complained about getting the wrong shoe size from anuoreangel, and her reaction of not picking my call and replying my message.

She has finally retrieved the shoe from me and my money has been refunded.

I was made to know that some (not all) of her shoes are what I will term as wrongly labelled i.e shoes that are popularly known as size 42 are her own size 40. size 44 is her own size 42. Size 45 is her own size 43, bla...bla...bla.....

In essence, it might not be totally her fault. The only fault I could figure out is ineffective communication and not letting the clients know that some of her shoes sizes are not exactly the sizes that are popularly known.

Thanks to everyone, including those that called me, to make sure the issue was resolved. I will appreciate you all.

so this means I was sent the wrong shoe size after all. Imagine doubting your own shoe size, thinking your feet have shrunk. I was even thinking I was the one at fault coz I requested 42, got 42 but my feet were swimming inside. This woman is not good o 😕

I told her 96 hrs before coming here that I can come to Yaba to get the correct sizes and I am also willing to pay for the logistics. She was just reluctant to do the needful. She never agreed she was wrong. That is why she told everyone here that I got the correct sizes. She won't pick my call or reply my message.

Moreso, I paid for logiistics to get the wrong sizes of the shoes.

From experience, she will not respond. I shared on this thread how stopped responding to me when I requested a change in size. She'll then hibernate for a few days then it's back to advertising like nothing happened. That's the observable pattern.

There's nothing aggrieved people haven't said here but does it get to her? Not for a second.

Very strange behaviour
