Didn't you read the message from the result report, about 6 core northern results were not added. The analyst stated it there that after adding those core north, it is possible for PDP to get more than Obi. Didn't you get the message? Obi is 3rd because all strong hold of obi has been added including rivers, but remaining core north will only increase PDP and APC votes because obi performed poorly in those areas. Presently, gap between PDP and LP is close, by the time those core northern votes are added, PDP will hijack 2nd position. Obi still remains 3rd in his expected position. Read the analysis again
